The reception person did not receive me with kindness, I was very angry and at that moment we wanted to cancel everything and also they do not clean and even cockroaches look, I did not like the service at all.

Pros (+) The location was close to pretty much everything including Wet and Wild, various restaurants, and so much more. Room was large for 4 people including youngest who just started walking. Bathroom was large. Hotel front desk was extremely helpful with getting internet up and running. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was helpful when needing things. Cons (-) Majority of guests spoke Spanish or other language making us feel like we were in another country. Had some minor issue with opening door at times. No protection from rain if trying to get items in or out of hotel. Cleaning people do not all speak or understand English. Only water source was bathroom sink or bathtub. Coffee maker does not have auto shut off.

Cons (-) No hot water from sink, and sink drained very slowly. Repeated mention to staff (for all of whom English was a second language) had no effect. This was room 241. Date of visit was 03 - 06 August 2015.
