Pretty but very inconvenient
The location and room decor
Not enough staff were working the day we landed because it was a sunday, there was only 1 person there at the time. The rooms were VERY small, my husband and I couldnt move around without bumping into each other. The AC was not working and once it started we had to wake up from sleep and turn it on every other hour because it would turn off on its own. The bathroom was so tiny that you would flood the entire place if you simply had a shower and there werent enough towels for 2 persons.
New charming Boutique hotel
New hotel, so nice design and room decor. While the location is a little far for all the touristy things to do in Paris, the M4 metro stop for Porte d'Orleans is just at the foot of the hotel lobby so it wasn't as inconvenient as we thought it was going to be.
Their lobby signature smell was not the greatest. When we asked for an iron, they told us we had to pick it up from the lobby. Very Slow Wi-Fi!! The overall score of 3 is for the slow Wi-Fi One Sunday night we got back to the hotel after 1:00am and the doors were locked and I staff were around. We called the hotel 5 times and knocked on the door for 10 mins before someone let us in.
location close to the metro, easy access from the highway and park of the car very close to the hotel. heating was not a problem! the breakfast is good...
the room appearance is disappointing, they look a bit old and different of the picture on the web. rooms where clean and warm but the bathroom was a disaster, tiny, ugly and sad, everything broken but clean. They don't even think to give me a bed for my baby (1yo)
I was there only for one night , the gym facility was good.
This hotel need modernization as used old key for room...etc.expensive breakfast.
The hotel is very close to the metro station
