Pros: Owner is helpful & friendly.
Cons: Nil
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious style buffet with nice, strong coffee from an Italian machine. The view from the breakfast room is quite spectacular with soothing music. Everything in the room was clean to Japanese standard. We also got plenty of towels for bath & public bath at the property.
Cons: The location was far from the ski field and town centre but the hotel owner/manager have a schedule to drive all the hotel guests any where we need to go.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic. Exclusive. Peaceful. No need to rent a car. Dave-san provides the transportation even for dinner. The view of Mt Yotei is spectacular. Love the hot bath!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dave and his wife were great, helped us out with with we’re to shop, snowboard, bus routes good places to eat, and also made killer food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and flexible host, he organized everything for us and helped us getting around during our stay. The breakfast was also nice and healthy and the hot bath in the house is just amazing! + Beautiful view on both mountains!
Cons: -
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well-maintained and homey. We stayed in a loft room, which was quite spacious and perfect for a family of four. Waking up was the best part, as we were welcomed with a view of Mt. Yotei. Breakfast was simple but hearty, and you know it was from fresh ingredients and home-cooked. We stayed for 8 days, and there was always something different/new every day. The hotel also had a private onsen you could reserve for an hour at a time. It was never really fully booked, so you can almost choose when you want to go. Around the property are wide spaces, which are great areas for play, especially for kids. What sets the property apart are Dave-san, the owner, and his wife. They manage the place with such care and graciousness for their guests. You felt really welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Dreaming already of the next time we come back!
Cons: While the property is not the most accessible, Dave-san would almost go out of his way to bring us wherever we needed to be in the Annupuri area - be it to a resort, restaurant, or the nearby Niseko station. It was almost fun having to coordinate itineraries with Dave-san, as he would also provide recommendations on where to eat, what to do, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dave-san is the best. All 5 of us felt like he is a relative taking care of us and sincerely making sure we are ok. He even would drive us around, which was a pleasant surprise. The view was majestic. We are always excited to wake up to view the volcano with the sunrise ambience. There is a vast whiteness of a lawn, which is part of Dave-san’s place, where we have all the space to play in the snow. Thanks to Dave-san, we had a worry-free ski experience. He owns a ski school with ski equipment rental. It was a beautiful experience for all of us at the Anpuri slopes. Dave-san even made a ceremony to congratulate each of us for passing our first ever ski lessons. The onsen is very private and a perfect nightly ending to a cold snowy outdooor experience. Wow, as a bonus, there is also a massage chair that is incredibly relaxing. We each tried all settings as it was just amazing. Dave-san’s wife is mostly in the kitchen scene but her presence is greatly felt because of the delicious breakfast. Breakfast is yummy and each day is different. Ability to do daily laundry is a blessing, and Dave-san’s wife makes sure we have our clothes fully dried by the next day. This place is a gem!!!! We will definitely go back to Hotel Resort Inn Niseko.
Cons: (Nothing. Everything was perfect.)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Dave-San and the staff provided top notch hospitality. Shuttle rides to and from the resort areas were a lifesaver as public transport was not nearby. Place was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast/other meals traditional Japanese and very good. His wife (boss) is an excellent cook and so very kind! Also, beds were super comfortable! Bathroom was small but very clean and typical modular Japanese style.
Cons: A little out of the way, nothing within walking distance. But the again, this is why is was so peaceful and quiet...and Dave-San will take you where you need to go.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view out the window and huge breakfast (Japanese and western style foods to choose from) included. 10 minute drive from ski areas so is quieter than being in town (but perfect after a long day skiing). Owner Dave'san and his wife were the loveliest people and Dave picked us up and dropped us off wherever we wanted to go, he organised our ski gear and lift tickets and took us to a great local japanese resturant. We tried a different ski village each day. The Japanese hot bath in the hotel was amazing and private. As first timers in Hokkaido we would have been lost without Dave's help. Great loft room to put the kids upstairs too.

Pros: Masa and the team at Milky House are all friendly and the meals there are incredible. Such a good vibe that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Cons: Milky House is rustic which I didn't mind at all. Shared bathrooms and shower might be a drawback if you don't go to Onsens each night.

Pros: Excelent
Cons: Nothing no not like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We like the location it's very near to the Annupuri Ski Resort, it also has nearby restaurants, food was great & the staffs are very helpful...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice cottage, located not far from ski site, wonderful dinner (book in advance)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So many great things to say about this place, but here a just a few that I can think of off the top of my head right now. All the staff there were extremely friendly and welcoming. The owner, Masa, was personally working hard every day to ensure all the guests were happy and got whatever they needed, but he also has no problem setting aside time to chat with you. A lot of the staff are from different countries, so Milky House is a great place to meet new people from around the world whether they are guests or staff. All the food there was fantastic. A free breakfast is included and is a set meal that changes every day. Our first day was western style with some ham, scrambled eggs, fruits, and a small dessert. The second day was Japanese style with some seafood, vegetables, and miso soup. Cereal and oatmeal is also available for breakfast every day, along with hot or cold milk. Dinner can be added on for an extra 2,000 yen and will be a set multi-course meal that I believe is usually western style and is also different every night. The location is perfect, just a 5ish minute walk to Annupuri Resort which is far less crowded than Hirafu. Also within that 5 minute walk is the Annupuri Ski Resort bus stop where you can catch the Niseko United shuttle bus as well as the buses to New Chitose airport, Sapporo, and Otaru. Milky House has all the timetables and stop locations for the different buses and can easily help you figure out any transportation problems you might have. Definitely take advantage of their snow gear rentals and discounted lift tickets. Not only do they have lower rental rates than the resorts, but the gear is delivered straight to you at Milky House and will also be picked up from there the morning after your last day of rental; no need to worry about getting you gear back before a shop closes. Masa helped us order our rental gear during check-in and it arrived by the time we had been given a tour of the lodge and settled into our room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the Milky Inn Cottage. Here are the things that we liked. 1. Impeccable Staff and Service - If there is one thing that I liked about this place is the staff. I have traveled many places and stayed in quite a few hotels but I can say that the staff here would be the BEST! First, everyone is just so accommodating. We traveled without a car, so it was best that we have Vrong who picked us up from Niseko Station and drove us to and fro the cottage to the main building! He was very friendly too. The staff at the Milky Inn main location is super friendly, they helped us booked our activities and helped in booking our buses going back to Sapporo. The lady who helped us gave us different options, shared the best time to leave and really attended to us really well! Honestly I would stay here again just for the staff! If you are looking for Diversity too, this is a prime example! I would love to meet the owner and so proud of him for being so inclusive!!! 2. The Food - Please just taste the hot milk in a cold winter morning and you will not forget why they name this place Milky Inn!!! The food they serve everyday is just amazing! It is plated and served in courses especially for the dinner. It is a good break from typical Japanese food. They also tell you the menu early so you can decide if you want to eat in the venue. 3. The Cottage - The cottage is a good place to stay for families. Especially if you drive, this place is super adequate. If you cook, kitchen is also available. I would say that probably 10 people can stay here comfortably. The rooms are clean and heating is adequate especially if you are staying in Winter. The view from the window in the living room is just amazing! Watching snow falling in early morning is just amazing.
Cons: Nothing major really but probably some tips. Note that there are 2 locations: Main Hall and The Cottage. (The cottage is around 1km away) 1. The location of the cottage is a bit far from the ski slopes of Annapuri. It is not close to just walk there. I highly recommend staying in the cottage if you are travelling with a car. 2. While the location of the main hall is close to the Annupuri Ski Slopes, it is still quite a walk. It is uphill to go from the main hall to the Annupuri ski lifts. This might be difficult for someone who has to bring ski equipment up the hill. 3. Cottage Tips. The cottage is consists of 3 floors, Loft, Ground (Living Room) and Basement. If you are a bit claustrophobic, I would not recommend sleeping in the basement where the bedrooms and the bathroom are. In winter and probably more in summer, there are quite some bugs (mostly stink bugs) in the house. This is because the house is covered in crawling vines I guess. Stink bugs don't bite but if you dislike insects, I would ask the staff to make sure to get rid of them before your stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and experience! Very convenient for ski in ski out.
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful when required. The ski valet experience was particularly convenient, especially when coming back from a long day of ski and being able to simply give our equipment at reception. The hotel was very helpful when we asked to have the car bring us back when stranded in relatively distant locations with our gear. The rooms are comfortably sized with nice and large windows, and have a very refreshing and powerful shower. Dinner at the An restaurant is quite good! The Ki Spa therapists are excellent and I highly recommend getting at least one massage there.
Cons: The location is unfortunately not the most convenient, although everything is relatively at walking distance in Niseko, on a bad weather day it can be a bit troublesome to go out for a walk. Although the ski in is great, the ski out actually starts at the bottom of a small slope, which is not ideal. The breakfast buffet is the same every day which is a bit disappointing. The Japanese section however tastes great, but it does not cover the restricted options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing in all aspects
Cons: Hot springs could be modernized a bit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view ,Great service and staff was very nice. The hotel is very close the mountain that you can play ski or snowboarding
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front staff including reception, check in, bell boy etc everyone was exceptional, they run the whole show! They deserve an applause for managing this hotel with great dedication and going out of their way in serving guests. There were many thing they did like personally calling our bus company to arrange our airport transfers, arranging activities we wanted to try, personally helping manage our time schedule around activities, arranging pick and drop to nearby facilities, managing our ski, snow mobile, onsen bookings, advising and guiding us around. Always smiling, no discrimination or arrogance of attitude. Thanks for great experience!
Cons: The room including bathroom was smaller than expected, little smell in bathroom and corridors
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The ski valet, best massage, concierge, breakfast, bed.
Cons: Literally nothing. Love it all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, but could do with more variety of fresh fruits. Super convenient location right next to the gondola and ski lifts. Great staff, very helpful.

Pros: The owners and staff made the stay! Such lovely lovely people who will answer all your questions and do whatever they can for you. The place balance the social and private aspects perfectly and you’re always felt welcomed. The breakfast is also such a fab addition to everything else! Then all the usual, clean, well kept, enough space etc. Would 100% and would 100% come again!!
Cons: Was a little low down in the village but between buses, lifts from staff and walking you navigate your way around it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Ramat and snowgum lodge seems to attract a good bunch of people. Not too rowdy but not too boring, a good balance for people wanting to enjoy their time making the most of the slopes while making friends along the way. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Tomten Lodge is well situated 5-10 minutes walk from the Annapuri Gondola (watch out for ice when you walk) and 15 mins from the restaurants at the interchange. Our hosts Michaela and Brandon (who had arrived from AUS and NZ only a couple of weeks earlier) were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was simple (toast, fruit, yoghurt) and good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tomten is in a great location for Annupuri ski area and the lodge is really comfortable and homely. Michaela and Brendan were the best hosts and so helpful with everything. The breakfasts were yummy and the beds were comfy, what more do you need!
Cons: Nothing - would definitely stay again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great breakfast, nothing wrong with this place. Awesome Aussie guy and kiwi girl looked after us, they were absolute legends. Would highly recommend Tomten, will forever have very fond memories of this place
Cons: Twin room instead of double but we knew this when booking but would have been nice to have some double room options
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place to stay, not many people in the ski resort!
Cons: Too far away from the Nesiko town center. It needs to take 45 minutes of the shuttle bus from the lodge to the center.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Lodge was cosy, warm and inviting, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent showers. Incredibly hospitable and friendly staff, who really went the extra mile to make our stay seamless - booking our dinner appointments, arranging bus trips on our behalf, and cooking us good healthy breakfasts. Not to mention great conversationalists. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Pros: nice relaxed atmosphere. quite backpacker style. great sauna. fairly close to the slopes
Cons: not as service oriented as many Japanese places. not super clean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the cozy, relaxed atmosphere, and informal staff. This is a very nice family-size pension where you can enjoy a chat with friends and/or other guests near the fireplace. The free morning shuttle service to the slopes is very convenient.
Cons: The storage room for skis/snowboards/boots could be a bit better organized. Dining table not always kept very clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, hostel atmosphere with additional amenities (bed sheets, towels, soap and shampoo available, sauna included), close enough to Hirafu to walk over (skiing + restaurants) but far enough to be very quiet.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Manager and staff went out of their way to accomodate especially my travel companion‘s needs. Always looking for good outcome. Thanks Jam Lodge Team

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Karimpani Niseko Fujiyama - Hostel in Niseko (Abuta), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 5 minutes from Niseko Village. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We had a brief stay here. Lovely staff and a traditional feeling.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the free shuttle to/from Niseko united resorts and our pick-up and drop-off locations before check-in and after check-out, wonderful staff, and the convenience of being able to eat dinner and breakfast at the accommodation. They also do a different onsen drop off and pick up every night for ¥800 flat, no towel included. The drying room made all our equipment ready to go every day, which we were very grateful for.
Cons: It is far from other restaurants and resorts, so we relied fully on the karimpani shuttles. The cooking resources were few and there is only one gas stove, water kettle, washing sink, and microwave. On the gas stove, they prefer only boiling and not any frying. Nevertheless, we made spaghetti, ramen, and oatmeal without too much hassle. The staff fried our gyoza for us one morning so that was very kind of them!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Max and all the staff, Ben, Adam, Will, specially were very helpfull in anything we needed. It was really nice meeting these people who enjoy the snow so much and helping guests. They even did an iglu outside. We had a great time thanks for everything. Totally recomend it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff and guests. Help, advice, information great. Trip advice and organisation for backcountry skiing.
Cons: I want to stay there again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the most welcoming hostel I’ve been to. The owner and the staff really care about their guests. They’re very organised, flexible and always happy to help out. Big plus : staff member Ben has advanced knowledge in weather and mountain conditions and he gives guests really good advices on how to enjoy the best snow conditions in resorts or backcountry. We exchanged emails prior to our trip and he answered our questions on gear, rental and skiing in Niseko. He took us backcountry touring and one day he even took guests to an awesome ski touring daytrip in central Hokkaidō. It’s a key element for people who want to get the most out of a ski trip. Also the dinner was excellent, Max the owner speaks very good English and is really helpful in making you discover the Japanese culture. Good facilities (dry room for boots, storage room for ski bags and luggages, kitchen equipment).
Cons: There isn’t a real stove to cook or fry meals, but you can go on easily with dried ramen soup or meals to microwave from the 7/11. Location wise it’s a bit far from the resort, but they have multiple shuttles going to and from the resort and a trip to the onsen at night. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Breakfast was dissapointing and beds were more like wooden planks. absolutely uncomfortable. We paid almost the same at another place with a private bathroom, very good beds and breakfast included.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Max and everyone at the Karimpani were the most accommodating hosts! They would drop everyone off in the mornings to the various ski resorts in the area and pick everyone up later in the afternoon. Max even picked me up from Annupuri in the evening when I was stranded there after dinner one night. Everyone is very insightful and had many tips for guests. They genuinely cared whether you were having a good time. It was such a homely atmosphere.
Cons: It is a bit far from restaurants and buses stop around 8:30pm so if you'd like to stay out later, it is bit of a walk/hassle to get back. Though, some restaurants offer drop off services which is great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I thought the value is very good. It is not fancy but we had everything we needed and the staff is very helpful. They offer discount lift tickets and information on local dining, entertainment, onsen etc.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit small but for 660 yen it is still very reasonable. I like to eat a big breakfast if I am going to ski all day but the breakfast is a great start and you easily supplement it if you are a big eater like me! I still recommend the breakfast because it is nice having hot coffee and hot food ready in the morning. The time for breakfast is a little late and a bit short. It doesn't start till 7:30 and is only available for 45 minutes. If you are trying to get an early start to get to a farther location it might be too late.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The vibe of the place was amazing
Cons: The hosts were extremely gracious, polite & warming!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of pension is perfect for snowboarding! The entrance of pension is just 30m away from the slope. The Iroha hot spring is very near to the pension. You can be relaxed your body after snowboarding at the hot spring!!
Cons: The shuttle bus is not running lately, so you have to organize your day trip very well to get back to Annupuri from Kutchan area or other resorts by free shuttle bus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner is a wonderful Japanese woman who did everything she could to make our trip as wonderful as possible. We were able to ship our snowboarding equipment straight to the guesthouse through a Japanese service, and she also helped send it back home. The ski room is very convenient and has direct access to the lifts (just a few steps away!) and also near the bus stop to other nearby resorts. The rooms are warm and small, but clean and perfectly adequate if you're trying to have a nice ski trip. I would recommend this place to any friend who is looking for a trip that doesn't drain all your funds so you can focus on skiing/snowboarding!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very warm and nice hosts. We will surely come back :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: They treated me like a family member. The service was above expectation.
Cons: The property is a bit dated but it adds to the charm. I felt getting to it was difficult but the location is amazing for wintery fun.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect Location for ski/snowboard lovers. Literally 20 m from the skilift (Annupuri resort). Very kind hosts with little english, but a big heart.
Cons: The beds are super hard - in fact it’s a simple futon matrasse on a wooden bed frame.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was a five minute walk from Annupuri Ski area, just take the bus to Annupuri and get it’s barely a 2 minute walk! Very convenient if you are skiing. It was very clean and the hall was very chill with light jazz music. Breakfast was adequate, the nearest mini mart would be at Hirafu village which is a 15-20 minutes bus ride on the NUS shuttle. There are ovens and hot water provided it was just perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, always bringing us fresh tea and snacks. The room was comfortable and had a nice warm heater. There was always jazz playing in the common area. Breakfast was filling. Local shops and restaurants had pick up/drop off service which was very useful. We could ski off the resort and walk 40 seconds to our front door.
Cons: The location is really close to annupuri ski report, but is a little far from the main town of hirafu. This was nice and relaxing but for others may not be ideal.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are very welcoming, caring, respectful and the music was great!
Cons: Basement has smell of gasoline probably for the heating.

Pros: The onsen is fantastic
Cons: Location is a bit far from anywhere. But probably will be good come skiing time.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is very clean and tidy, can see panorama of Niseko. Outdoor onsen has good view. Large portion for Dinner with number of dish variety.
Cons: No.
6.7 Good
Pros: The onsen is fantastic.
Cons: The diner was not as good as we expected. Average only. The hotel location was too far from Niseko Village center.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location next to the Annupuri Ski Area. Secluded and not as touristy as the Grand Hirafu area. Overall if you are looking for some peace and quiet with your family then it's a good location. Great place for kids.
Cons: Far from the center of activity where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located. Quite a peaceful place but the hotel is a bit dated but it's very well maintained with noticable upgrades.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had Western as well as Japanese options and was OK. Dinner had option of DIY BBQ (just fine) or Japanese Kaiseki, 9-course meal, which was excellent. Onsen was awesome and hotel was clean, welcoming and quiet. We liked the fact that Annupuri and this hotel are off the beaten track for most westerners, making this a cultural experience as well as a comfortable, excellent vacation stay.
Cons: Room was very hot at night even with heat turned completely off. Had to open windows. Would have preferred at least a minimal shower in room- any bathing had to be at the onsen. Toilet and sink in room were great and we quickly adapted to onsen living.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean & modern place, lovely staff. Moiwa right on your door step! I will only say one thing- taxi to center of niseko is suprisibgly expensive! Despite the lodge only being about 15mins away!
Cons: Cost of taxi to center of niseko- surprisingly expensive (around 4000yen+!)
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was amazing!! Right at the Moiwa ski slopes - you can't beat the location. There was plenty of room for luggage too and they also provide a locker in a drying room for your ski gear which is very convenient. The breakfast included was cooked well and, while small in number of dishes, was tasty. I liked the fact that there is a mirror in the pod itself, and enough room to hang up some clothing and put toiletries on the side. The shared bathroom was always clean and had a heated area for undressing and placing clean clothes. There was also a free shuttle to nearby places in Niseko which was handy.
Cons: The bed was too hard/firm - it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I would have rated this place much higher if the bedding was more comfortable. The Moiwa ski slope trails are quite small in number, so if you are spending a lot of time in Niseko, you would need to go to other slopes to avoid getting bored.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Literally in front of the lifts and you can connect to the all mountains, Niseko and annupuri
Cons: Breakfast was included at restaurant of the place but nothing really Japanese, also the menu of the restaurant more american stuff then anything else
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast included, comfortable beds, great location right at Moiwa mountain, very clean, has a restaurant and bar on site
Cons: No kitchen, prices at the bar are a bit high, and the shuttle runs only a few times a day
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location cant be beat. You wake up and the mountain is right out the window. Just throw on some clothes and get to it straight away.
Cons: Very thin futon, so comfort wise you might wake up with some aches. Fortunately there are plenty of Hot Springs nearby to melt the pain away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cozy room Many beds in a room, but each beds are isolated Big private locker
Cons: No cooking
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast Very good on site restaurant Staff were great
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Facilities outside the room
Cons: Space.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, storage area for gear was convenient and excellent. Shuttles are great to Annupuri/Hirafu for skiing during the day.
Cons: Property is somewhat inaccessible through the public transportation at night (and taxis are expensive).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Capsules were spacious, styling was modern and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: Moiwa is far from the main slopes and it is a bit tricky to travel between as buses are infrequent and taxis are booked up but still manageable.

7.0 Good
Pros: Close to the lift, good food.
Cons: Where not informed about the available discount on lift cards. Always ask for it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location... a stone's throw from the pistes. Staff very friendly and they had English speakers on-hand. Super super helpful in arranging and offering lifts and bookings of things. I'd like to go back again. Annapuri is quiet, but luckily there are at least 5 eateries and a bar very close. a couple of hundred metres from the bus stops. Warm room. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but other guests told me the food was good and simple western food.
Cons: The only downside was that one of the beds was very hard, quite uncomfortably so. I didn't inform the owner as I slept well in any case.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The steak was delicious!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location. Just 100m to the lifts. Lovely helpful staff. Felt like staying with a family.
6.0 Good
Pros: breakfast was good and dinner, good location.
Cons: the bed was so noisy needed new springs very poor, staff need to have better info regarding bus timetable, could have given us a lift to bus stop with all our luggage,

Cons: Staffs at night shift when I did a check-in have a poor servicemind. Do not respect the customers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the view is beautiful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Breakfast
Cons: none
1.0 Poor
Cons: Terrible location, very far from the main town grand hirafu, and no shuttles leaving/returning past ~5pm until the official start of the season. Best case scenario you catch the shute, it makesmany stops and takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get to grand hirafuand also charges a fare of 470 yen. otherwise, you are stuck at the "prison resort annupurri " with nothing to do as there are no nearby shops or restaurants. The area is not walkable as the sidewalks are not maintained during winter. The hotel desk staff was overall very unhelpful. The hotel advertised as having shuttle service to and from the JR station, however on arrival was told this service is not available until 930 AM. We asked the front desk to book us a taxi for our departure, however the day of departure taxi never arrived and we missed our train. The taxi company said they were never booked. We ended up having to pay extra to take the bus to the airport.

Pros: The room have outdoor hot spring , and dinner is good, breakfast need improve, like the marshmallow provide, and not very busy hotel.
Cons: not very clean. The location is not very convenient, hotel doesn’t provide lunch and near by don’t have any restaurant or store, shuttle bus only till about 12 pm in noon and 3 shuttle a day. And service attitude is just so so.

Cons: Location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location and whilst rooms were older they were comfortable.
Cons: Last year there was hour hour basically from 5pm. This year it was only for beer. We left a number of times and went to a different resort who had 500yen drinks happy hour
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots to like, we actually like the distance away from hirafu, where the hustle bustle are so a good choice for us. I loved the washer/dryer and mini kitchen, good space. Onsen is fab. Loved the huge green salad offered at breakfast everyday since you don't get a lot of that on ski hills. Thank you, that is very considerate of the hotel F&B team.
Cons: Location was ok for us, we dont mind but not many nearby choices for meals. Bar, restaurant would get more traffic if it was on ground floor. Heaters were too hot and drying overnight. Didn't know how to control so just turned them off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle busses saved us and the staff is super friendly I forgot my wallet there and I called them and they are gonna send it by mail. Amazing staff
Cons: There was something wrong with the sewage in the area so the second day of our stay started to smell really bad ! The whole hotel smelled like sewage !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was excellent however they could not keep the buffet adequately supplied due to the lack of staff on shift . waiting for too long
Cons: the in house restaurant has very poor menu offerings & rm service food was inedible . only bkfst was suitable we dinned out every night after this experience - nearby kamnomoori hotel has great dinning options
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful and kind, always smiling
Cons: The restaurant place was too small and often we need to wait in a queue to pick up breakfast.
