Cons: Almost all of the facilities are closed.This is not advertised. Only a beach bar open due to the hurrican last year. This is not mentioned when you book. booking .com should change this as this is not clear. Very crowed over built complex with hundreds of rooms looking onto a small beach. Not recommended for the money.

Pros: The facilities were very nice and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The drinks choices were fabulous and reasonably priced. We would definitely come back. The view from our room was beautiful.

Front desk, beach, bellhop, and security: Yolanda, Samuel, Ricky, Brittney, Ariel, Sapphire, and the daytime front desk receptionist took excellent care of me and my daughter. Free beach activities were a great asset: value for your buck!

Pros: The staff is extremely nice! They upgraded our room to a balcony with a view since it was our first time there. Which was pretty awesome. And the snorkeling is great at the hotel, absolutely beautiful.
Cons: the hotel is very average. It's pretty outdated, the hot water didn't work the first night then the next few nights it would work for about 10 mins. The room was incredibly humid, our clothes in our suitcase were not just damp but wet. The bed is not that comfortable and the food was very overpriced and very average. ONE empanada was 14 dollars.
I don't feel that for the price you are getting a whole lot. But overall you aren't staying in your room often so we had a great time

Front desk, beach, bellhop, and security: Yolanda, Samuel, Ricky, Brittney, Ariel, Sapphire, and the daytime front desk receptionist took excellent care of me and my daughter. Free beach activities were a great asset: value for your buck!
Cons: The shower was small and tight, The beach was extremely rocky upon entry into the water. My daughter is terrified of cats. There was a cat present and persistent the first night at dinner. Therefore we were forced to find another venue for every other meal of our 3 night stay. Both bands (Friday and Saturday night) were horrible. I would prefer Caribbean music.

Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms was not functioning most of the time. We had two separate rooms. The staff was not anxious to help on any issue and their communication as meager at best. Not going to return here.
