Mystery charge of $500 was put on my card. When I called they were able to refund my card, but it was a lot of money that randomly got charged to my card. Keep an eye on your bank statement or credit card app. They didn’t charge me on my bill, I found it later. They were cool when I called, but it took some explaining. There was a young gentleman working with glasses can't pronounce his name starts with an H, from the moment we got there before check-in and knew that that our only option was to store our luggage when we asked to do, in a not so hospitable tone he said "that's all you can do" every time we had a question he seem to be on the phone away from ...
