Cons (-) This hotel is in need of a major renovation. Paint peeling off walls, carpets were very dirty. Bath room door wouldn’t shut unless you leaned on them. Light sconces missing. Bathtub lever to turn on shower was broken. Restroom in the bar area was disgusting. I could go on.... Breakfast ran out of many food items 90 minutes before it was supposed to end.

Cons (-) Room temp is not controllable using thermostat. Rooms were over 80 degrees with no way to adjust. Front desk said central air is set for the entire hotel. Very uncomfortable to sleep when it is close to freezing outside but 83F in the room. Had to leave a window open to try and cool it off. Cons (-) The heating/ac system is inadequate: although it was chilly at night, the system was not set to provide heat. The staff provided a space heater, but... not what I'd expect from a fine hotel.

Cons (-) The maids didn't clean/tidy our room for the second nights stay. Also, the pillows are awful. The front desk offered a foam pillow, but it was never delivered! Pros (+) Quick check in. Very clean room.Close to all our activities. 12 min to Disneyland,17 min to Laguna Beach. 5 min to Airport. Very good parking. Well lit grounds. Overall Great stay.
