Very nice room. Polite staff. Thank you.
Residence fits our needs and preferences very well.
Breakfast gets boring after a few days.
Cleanliness could have been better. The pool was so dirty that I would not take my son swimming in it.
Pool, bed, overall room!
The "no party policy". My daughter just turned 7 and wanted to have a sleepover with 2 other friends besides her older sister and little brother and was told we couldn't. I just feel if I had to it a $250 deposit on top of my room cost I should've been able to and if their were any issues they could've took from my deposit.
The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and make your own waffles were served every day, along with the other cold offerings one might expect. The kitchen staff were pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff, every single one, were pleasant and accommodating. I believe they bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant. They were able to give us an extra hour so we could swim before we had to leave. Also we had an issue with a second room we had booked for our daughter who could not make it the first night. They were very helpful with that and we were very satisfied.
The room air conditioning. The air conditioning shuts off if there is no motion detected for 15 minutes. It took hours to cool the room after being out during the day. Then, to make matters worse, they have those ridiculous for summer fluffy, bulky comforters. It was lovely to have a pull out couch bed but what rankled was the note in the bed area that said that the linens were in the closet for my convenience. Really? If it was for my convenience, those linens would have already been on the bed, ready for us when we arrived at 11 pm. Just inform me where the linens are, don't try to blow sunshine up my skirt by telling me that a service was not performed for my convenience.
