Pros: Comfy beds, close to the airport, very friendly staff.
Cons: A bit pricey and feels worn in places, although I see renovations are happening. We stayed both nights inside on the 2nd floor in the 400 rooms. That hallway has a funky smell - a mix a mildew and chemical agent to cover it.

Pros: Really close to dt. Perfect location
Cons: Paid for valet parking. Assumed I would have the security of underground parking. Came out the next morning to see my truck was right across the street in a prime crime location. Not that big of a deal but to pay for valet and to risk a break in wasn't what I expected. Other than that it was an overall excellent experience and I will go back.

Pros: The raindrop shower...valet parking...and the dining room named "Exile". The menu was efficient and full of flavor. I was even more impressed when they said they could deliver to my ill daughter back at the room. AND they let us borrow a HDMI cable. Mind blown.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thr room had everything we needed and the room was very clean especially the bathroom and shower. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Great stay overall. We would definitely book there again.

Pros: Hotel staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and helped us with travel needs well beyond our expectations! Rooms spotless, modern and comfortable in every way. Hotel manager Krista should also be a concierge. She spent time personally helping us each morning to find our way to Newfoundland adventures!

Pros: Breakfast was great even with Covid restrictions. You can book the pool for just your room. Very clean. Great value for the price. Large rooms. Close to shopping and dining.
Cons: Due to Covid I think the cleaning staff is at a minimal. Takes a while to get your room cleaned.

Pros: The Holiday Inn provided a clean, comfortable room with a nice range of extras for an affordable price. We were on a trip to attend a wedding, then do some sightseeing, so we didn't want to waste money on a hotel with a lot of fancy extras we wouldn't use or have time for. This hotel gave us a perfect balance of being pampered comfortably without paying a huge price tag!
Cons: The only thing I found frustrating was that there weren't enough electric outlets working in our room, or enough conveniently located to get at for chargers, etc.
