Pros (+) The location and price were exactly what I was looking for.
Cons (-) It’s a $60 a night hotel, what do people expect.
Cons (-) Heat kept shutting off. It was 39 degrees outside
Pros (+) I'm still alive.
Cons (-) Facilities were run down and in need of repairs throughout. Door to room did not close tight and daylight could be seen around the edge. Room was musty smelling and fixtures and outlets were in need of repair. Cleanliness of the bath and sink were questionable. Breakfast was sparse and low quality in its offerings. Will never go back.
Pros (+) Cheap and right off the highway. It looks horrible from the outside, but the room was actually quite clean and comfortable. Free Parking.
Cons (-) Super sketchy. I would not stay here again. Not worth saving a few bucks. Someone smashed in two glass doors near the office about an hour after I checked in.

Cons (-) The outdoor stairs were slippery. I had a big fall (like a cartoon slip on a banana peel) at the top of the stairs. Thank goodness I'm young and healthy and recovered fine. An older person would have definitely injured herself!
