Pros (+) Small room, but in Japan just expect small. Still have everything you need to be comfortable. It was clean and modern. Staf were lovely and took care of our very few needs. Location was within walking distance from many train stations and the Imperial Palace. The 7-11 literally across the street came in handy as well.
