Location was excellent, the airport limousine bus stops there and it’s a few minutes walk from Shinjuku train and bus stations. Lots of different places to eat and shop nearby, plus a Convenience Store’ on the ground floor. The staff are lovely and and the rooms that we had, despite being small had everything we needed and were well arranged.
Staff were very friendly
Rooms were small and the bathroom was very cramped.
Located well between Shinjuku station area and Meiji Park
Our triple bed room was incredibly small with one very small window and no way to control the stifling heating system making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room for any length of time. Staff couldn’t change the thermostat as it was an all building system. Staff brought us some portable cooling units but they made very little difference to the room temperature. This needs to be addressed by the hotel ASAP as it became increasingly unhealthy for three adults to remain there in this hot airless room .
A minimarket inside the hotel and airport shuttle bus right from the lobby is a plus
Somehow the pillow is in bizzare shape and hard. Didnt have a good sleep. Coin laundry located at the annex building nextdoor. You will be wet in rainy season
Direct access from and to the airport, Four restaurants you can choose for breakfast, Family mart and restaurants is available in the building, the staff was friendly and helpful,
Cannot control the air conditioner temp and the room was too hot to sleep, the hotel is little far away from Shinjuku station

Dining in the hotel’s restaurant also exemplifies a strong commitment to excellence. There are three restaurants: Manhattan Table, Steak and Shabu Shabu Fujita, and the Café & Bar Baron. These restaurants all serve different menus, but all prepare their food according to the highest standards. Also embedded in the dining experience is a beautiful setting.
