The staff were great. The pool was also great..
The place is clean and the staff is excellent the only issue was that I got the room next to the elevator and the noise was awful.
Pros:If breakfast was included, no one told me. Room was not very clean, found a blue colored hair in the sink and there was a pee on the front of the toilet. Front you could see light coming through the bottom and side of the front door. Large refrigerator, but no microwave to reheat leftovers brought back from dinner. My room was adjacent to the stairs, so very noisy. I would not stay here again. Hilton should do some random inspections and maybe undercover stays here and see what their name is representing. They would be disappointed.
Cons:Clean bathroom Better so I couldn’t see that a guy stayed there before me, peeing in the toilet and missing a little. Have a microwave. Insulation around the door that may filter out the noise a little and not be the extra light shinning through in the morning.
Pros:Clean, quiet
Cons:We only stayed one night and had no issues.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and the grounds were nice.
Cons:Had to use the coffee maker to get hot water, ceiling had water damage, tub porcelain was cracked and flaking, no continental breakfast except for reward members, and I have to call for information on unexplained charges.

Cons:Room smelled of cigarettes. Bad neighborhood. Deadbolt didnt work. Bathroom sink faucet not attached to counter. Maid service didn't come until after 5, had to call for towels. Would not stay again. Didn't feel very safe
Pros:Location was convienet and the grounds were kept nice.
Cons:The staff was cold and unfriendly from the moment I stepped onto the premises all the way through checkout. The power in my room went out, called down to the front desk and received someone on the other end of the phone that was no comforting, although they fixed the issue in a timely manner no one checked on me to see if the power was back on or if I needed anything else or apologize for the incconvience. The tile was stained red and the furniture was out of date, no outlets beat the bed for two work phones and a laptop, the room had an old stale smell as well. I stay at Double Tree's because I know what to expect and this is not what I expected, very disappointing.
Pros:Fast and friendly check in
Cons:Bathroom had used soap in it and shampoo and conditioner bottles were 1/2 used. Wifi did not work
Pros:Desk staff was helpful, the shuttle staff assisted me with several rides in the area, and room service was wonderful.
Cons:No complaints!
