Pros: The location is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: They claim to have wifi but it doesn't reach the rooms. The signal was weak at best, and nonexistent most of the time.
I really needed a good internet connection and they failed to deliver this.
Pros: The room was small but comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking Lionshead Square. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The layout of the facility was a bit odd and the room and its furnishings were a bit institutional.
