Pros: QuietnessCons: Indoor pool close
Pros: That it was cleanCons: Most of the staff was rude except for one lady was very nice. The a/c leaked and we weren't given enough towels to deal with it. I was over charged. And over all very unhappy.
Pros: locationCons: When we tried to check in after 1 o'clock, we were told to call after 3pm to see if our room MIGHT be ready. Thin walls. We heard people stomping around upstairs in the night, people across the hall laughing, and the man next door taking a shower.
Pros: The staff was friendly but only seen them on checking in and out. The bed was comfortable, the pillows was very soft. It was fairly nice but did have a few problems as stated below. It was located close to the Providence Hosp.Cons: No coffee pot/microwave in room. Very noisy from hotel washing/drying clothes and trucks from businesses next door. We couldn't confirm a handi-cap room or down stairs room for my handi-cap wife till 11am the day of check-in. Didn't tell us about elevator
Pros: This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Mostly because the man working the front desk was unbelievably rude. I still am so confused by his attitude and behavior.Cons: The staff.
had to go to store and buy fabreeze and scented candles to tolerate smell of room. there was no public space other than indoor pool area.Pros: the location had easy access and was convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping.Cons: tile floors were dirty. room smelled bad. tv was too small. no microwave in room.
The worst experience I ever had at a Hotel. Very poor customer service. My reservation said checkout is at 12 and they forced me to leave at 11. They would not comp me on the room being dirty and the beds not clean. There was hair all over the floor in the restroom. A very bad experience, NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I HOPE ALL OTHER HOTEL 6 ARE NOT THAT WAY. I will find a different hotel chain to stay next time.Pros: It was close to where I needed to be.Cons: The staff charged my card before I could give them my AARP Card and refused to cancel my card. There were crumbs and hair on my sheets in the bed. The lady at the front desk is very rude and hateful, called the room phone yelling at me.
this hotel needs more doings to the roomsPros: i thought for the price it would be betterCons: the hotel did not have a sofa like it said it did and no table was there either
Pros: The laminate floors. I find that the carpent in hotels rarely gets cleaned and the thought of walking on nasty carpet was just more than I could stand. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in and it was laminate flooring.Cons: Although they had an indoor pool, there was no outdoor pool. The drink machine was lit up but there were no drinks in it at all. Air conditioners kept turning off (we had family members staying at same hotel on another floor).
Pros: It's locationCons: It looked nothing like the online images displayed. Beds were terrible. Comforters were dirty. Microwave appeared to be 20+ years old. Indoor 'seasonal' pool. It was a dive. Will not use/recommend again.
