Great place to stay in Xi'an
We booked the hotel online and weren't sure what to expect on our first trip to Xi'an. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, the room was amazing, we couldn't have hoped for anything more.
Our room was overly warm, though we didn't bother to ask if that could be fixed.
Hotel was very clean, looked brand new. Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, this would be an excellent long stay hotel.
Upon check in the hotel tired to change our reservations to single bed rooms, when we had requested king size beds when the rooms were booked nearly 3 months before. Not the hotels fault, but the city was very dirty and the smog was some of the worst I have seen in China.
