Pros: Booked this hotel because of the location and lower cost, was surprised to find it was one of the top luxurious hotels in Zagreb. The hotel was located right near the heart of the city and in walking distance to most landmarks. Rooms were nice and spacious with a great bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and attentive.
Cons: Hotel charged 24 Euros for breakfast, but we opted out as there are many bakeries and cafes close by where you can get a nice breakfast for for 2-3 euros.

Cons: staff at the reception was not very friendly and the head concierge was so, so. Our luggage was delayed and did not arrive the same time as we did and concierge was giving us wrong information regarding the delivery of the luggage. He called the airport and told us that the luggage is on the way to the hotel and will arrive in half an hour. one hour later it was still not delivered, then ho told us it will be fifteen minutes. After half an hour he said that luggage is on the way to our other destination-3 hours away. We wasted half a day waiting and now new information. We left and when we arrived in our hotel Monte Mulini in Rovinje, we were told that the luggage did not arrive and that in never was delivered to Zagreb airport. Concierge at such an reputable hotel as yours should never mislead guests and be sure what is he conveying IS the correct information. We lost lot of time of our precious time in Zagreb waiting around.

Pros: The hotel was georgeous and in an incredible location. Wonderful bar and lobby, withbeautiful rooms.
Cons: The king bed was amazingly hard, we actually checked to see if it wasn't a box spring.

Pros: Boutique style hôtel, Good staff, breakfast included (though basic). Clean and reasonably priced. Gods if you have to spend the night in transit or for business a day or two. Free ample parking.
Cons: If you like to visit Zagreb, the location is not the best. With car or transport it takes some time. No restaurant in the hotel just a bar, so if you need a snack Kate at night you need to go out or order something from somewhere

Pros: Excellent hotel. Very well situated only a couple of blocks from the 'Old Town' and 'Main Square' area. Nicely appointed room with a super comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast. Free parking in a secure lot behind the hotel. Always had coffee, water and apples in the lobby. Can't do better.

Pros: hotel dubronki was centrally located but not noisy--the staff was effecient and pleasant..the rooms were nicely furnished--we stayed in a standard and there was a desk,,small table and chairs and two twin beds--traveling with adult child...the bathrooms were spacious and clean--there was no coffee in the rooms but otherwise everything you wanted was there--i would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore zagreb old town--we loved it.... the breakfast that comes with the room is very nice with large selection of meats/cheeses/grilled veggies/stuckli/ breads etc etc we ate breakfast here four times and was never disappointed...yum
Cons: only thing was no coffee in rooms--but we did not find this in any room in croatia except one that came with a kitchenette and then that was instant--even thoough croatia has a coffee culture it is cafe oriented.

Cons: High parking fees for one night for Croatia and a badly damaged entrance door in my room.Normally they should not rent a room like that.

Cons: The food at the hotel was not great. Meals were overcooked or undercooked and Not kid friendly. Pool was too deep for kids also.

Pros: Staff was amazing and attentative. We missed our flight and Melita was able to rebook our stay at no charge and no difficulty. Communication was prompt. Also, Boris, Mislav and Sanja were great hosts, who poited us to the city's sights and gave us good recomendations. Housekeeping lady Ana was also nice and made sure our room wass spotles and well stocked.
Cons: There is not a single thing that I could complain about. Maybe bathrooms could be little bigger.
