Pros: There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see.

Pros: The staff was amazing. Took care of the flight well.

Cons: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Pros: Crew was courteous and friendly.

Cons: I have to wait 5 hours for a connection flight. I was not happy with. Other then that I had a great experience with Turkish Air lines

Cons: Entertainment didn’t work, the crew did nothing to help. The plane was hot and stuffy. My luggage is lost.

Pros: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Cons: Didn't make it to this flight due to problems described in aforementioned flight (madrid to London). Was stranded in London overnight.

Pros: The crew was great, as always. Unfortunately, my seat mate was very overweight, pushing into my space. No fault of BA except that bigger seats would help the "growing" population of travelers.

Cons: Bigger seats for bigger travelers. Especially on long flights. Those of us that are less full figured would be more comfortable. Go back to the system that includes one checked bag and one carry on as included in the advertised price. I know that airlines need to be more competitive, but the ala carte for luggage is not acceptable. Instead, offer an opportunity for customers t donate to offset the carbon impact. Thanks
