Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

Fantastic service the managed to locate my checked bag on the plans as re-tagged it for my final destination.
On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.

The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring

I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
There was one rep who checked us in that was not pleasant she then assisted with boarding passengers on board and informed my husband that his carry on was too big. We had to pay $70 to check in a bag that we always carry on with no issues. I really believe she was isolating us as there was several bags even bigger than his that was brought on the plan. I will be writting a letter in ref6to this rep a d our 1st time experience on Air Baltic operated for SWISS when I return.

Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Enforcement of rules that were made up on the spot. Extorting passengers for non-existent "fees." If there is another airline flying that same route, never fly on Swiss Air.
OK they lost my hold luggage but notified me straight away. My main complaint, after losing my suitcase, I was told my cabin bag had to go into the hold because of it’s size. I, obviously, didn’t want this to happen bearing in mind what happened to my suitcase and when I voiced my concerns I didn’t get an explanation I was just told it would be taken from me on entering the aircraft. Looking around I was surprised to see many passengers not only with larger bags than mine but sometimes two or three bags,taking them onto the aircraft. In the end, nobody bothered taking my bag off me so I just walked on with it. The whole procedure was disjointed, poorly explained and not terribly efficient.

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
They changed the return flight to the next day and it interrupted the plans we had in our connecting city.
Paying extra for premium seats was wasted. Turkish Airlines takes 2 seats for bassinet. The lady next to me had a baby with bassinet Bassinet was in front of my seat
Flight Singapore - Istanbul was perfect. Flight Istanbul - Sao Paolo - Buenos Aires was really good but there was a big delay in Sao Paolo (Brazil) due to a problem with the ground staff and not related to Turkish Airline. Overall a very good and solid experience
The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.

Poor boarding with incorrect gate numbers. Poor service they told me to throw away brand new water bottles. Poor immigration officers most likely American who hates Muslims. Poor service in the plane with no Urdu language sign posted anywhere. Horrible seats with no comfort at all they think people traveling in economy are animals. Slow food and water services. Slow baggage arrival.
Did not provided with option for class upgrade. Staff at gate was not able and willing to accommodate with class upgrade, eather with plenty empty spots in business and first class.
Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.

Notably, only one in-flight meal option—a vegetarian curry—was available, which seemed unsuitable for a red-eye journey. The crew offered no alternatives, which was unexpected. Flight Segment – Abu Dhabi to Rome (AUH-FCO) Comfort improved on this leg, but service quality was average, falling short of Etihad’s premium standards. Crew attention was heavily absorbed by a difficult couple in Row 15 (port side), resulting in disproportionate focus. It was concerning that a steward had to personally return to apologize, a task better suited for supervisory staff. This highlights a development opportunity for supervisors Anna and Quashim in managing guest escalation professionally.
I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ON KAYAK. THEY SHOW BETTER FARES AND AFTER I BOOKED MINE, I FIND OUT THAT IT DID NOT INCLUDE LUGGAGE. i HAD TO PAY $800 TO CHECK IN MY BAGS.
