Amazing Hotel and Amazing Staff
This hotel really worth it. So good room, clean, comfortable, big beautiful and with amazing views. The Spa is good enough, you have all you need. The breakfast is the best buffet I have ever seen. Quality 100% and quantity. The 15th floor is really comfortable, quiet and with amazing views too. Free catering. The staff is really nice and polite. They try their best to make you feel as good as possible.

Very nice hotel and very good service. Very quiet, we slept good without any disturbance from other guestroom or outside.. It was easy to take tram or metro around the city. Tram right outside of the hotel, metro about two minutes to walk. If I go back to Barcelona some day, I probably choose this hotel again. Good breakfast, and when we where at the hotel, they had a offer of 5 EUR for breakfast, insted of 18 EUR as the website told us. So we had breakfast everyday at the hotel instead of going out to eat it.
It was not alowed for children in the spa at the basement. Since there was no warming at the roof pool and the water there was could, our children could not take a swim, I understand that they don't want to have children in the spa, but I wished they had a warm roof pool or some other pool for children to use.

Very nice room: clean, big, high-tech, comfortble bed. Very friendly staff, all can speak good English. Good location with sea view.
