Rooms had the wow factor,unusual but lovely bathroom area,glass wall shower different than anywere we stayed before.staff were very helpful and polite.pool area was lovely and very large pool.
did not like the card system to get your towels for the pool.there are easier and more simple ways,if pool was busy it would be a bit confusing.they seemed to do a lot of maintance work to a new hotel.sections were closed off for the duration of our stay[indoor pool]etc.we booked this hotel for a number of reasons and the indoor pool was one because of the time of year we were going [nov]with it being a new hotel i persume these were teething problems but we would return again

Comfort of room and privacy when out on balcony,quietness at night and very pleasant staff.
Indoor pool and spa were closed for half of our stay to carry out maintenance work.
