I took my family with me for a work trip. The room was good. The pool indoor pool was a little too cold. The staff was nice and the lobby served as a good meeting place for business

Pros (+) The room and bathroom were clean.
Cons (-) Hotel staff definitely need more training as they had difficulty processing my stay as an advanced purchase stay. The lady, Sylvia, was extremely rude and hateful when I asked why my credit card was charged twice when I had already paid. Breakfast area was messy and could have used some cleaning and reorganizing.
