Pros: The staff were very attentive, especially in the restaurant. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. This hotel offers really good value for money, and its location is perfect for business people,shopping and sight seeing. Best of all, the hotel is within easy reach of the Plaka and Monastiraki.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel which was pretty easy to all transportation, within the commercial center and shops but also very quiet and peacefull to the well known and noisy Athens. Personel was very polite and always ready to answer or help at any querries.

Pros: The lobby was beautiful with artistic wire statues and a bar/restaurant with trees growing through it. The staff is very professional and tries to be very helpful (though both times I stayed at the hotel there was not a doorman to greet me and carry my luggage up the steps). Gorgeous rooftop bar and a nice jacuzzi area on the floor below it.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis Metro. Make sure to ask for an outside facing room as some rooms can be small and cramped. The downstairs lobby area is very nice with a good atmosphere to sit and talk or to read/write.

Pros: This is the perfect location for exploring Athens. Safe Street, restaurants and shopping nearby, immediately adjacent to the modern and magnificent Acropolis museum. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet and the rooftop view of the Acropolis is spectacular.

Pros: The hotel was ideally located, in a quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby and the Acropolis museum metro stop. It also had a rooftop garden and jacuzzi with a stunning view over to the Acropolis,which was ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Athens. Clean, comfortable and good choice of food at breakfast time.

Pros: Comfortable room with an excellant view to the acropolis. Quite and nice surrounding with a short walking to the centre of the city.

Pros: Firstly location: very close to Acropolis and Plaka district. Almost in front of touristic bus (nbr 400) stop. Then we liked because we asked through the website a room for 1 couple and 1 adult with view and they arranged exactly that. And finally good service and a beautiful terrace facing Acropole, with also 2 jacuzzis.

Pros: I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I must say the Herodion was easily one of the best. All the staff were extremely helpful and very professional. The presentation of the hotel felt like 5 stars and the food was amazing. My wife and I have every intention of staying there again should we go back to Athens on holiday.

Pros: The room was large, clean, and it came with a kitchen! Breakfast was great, and the area was excellent and very close to the metro. Can't beat it for the price!

Pros: Once we got an apartment which we had booked for and not just a room we found the cleaning staff very efficient and proffesional and most of the reception staff very friendly and helpful.Location was not far from the metro station and this service was excellent for getting around easily.

Pros: Very little, I had a taxi who did not know where it was, and recieved bad (I don't speak Greek, so I am thinking bad) directions. So, I rode around for over 30 minutes trying to locate it.

Pros: Due to extensive flight delays we missed the first night of our reservation at St. George and did not arrive in Athens until 6AM. However, we forgot all about our troubles almost immediately after checking into this superb hotel. 1. Without even telling us they upgraded our room to the front side of the hotel which had absolutely incredible views of the Acropolis from our balcony. While it wasn't a large room (they never are in Europe!), it was clean, the bed was great, and the bathroom was perfectly OK. 2. Despite our exhaustion, we dragged ourselves out of bed just in time to catch breakfast. Went up to the 6th floor and was blown away by the 360 views of Athens. We asked if we could just grab a plate of food from the buffet (delicious selection) and take it back down to our room. Not only did they say yes, but they had someone carry our food down to the room ON A SILVER PLATTER. No jokes. Also, without even asking for it they sent with a hot carafe of coffee with STEAMED MILK. 3. On the last leg of our trip, coming back from an island, we had 12 hours to kill in Athens before heading to the airport. Despite no longer being guests for over 7 days they graciously stored our bags and let us hang out at the roof pool until we had to leave. WHAT. 4. Oh, and the pool is like a dream. Gorgeous pool with gorgeous Athens view with lounge chairs and great music. Happy hour is from 7-9 offering 6 euro cocktails. The neighborhood this hotel is in is really great and completely safe as it is where all the embassies are located. Since it's on a hill be prepared to climb! It is worth it as there are very charming buildings, great cafes, shops, and restaurants. You can be in Kolonaki (walking) in 15-20 minutes. There is a metro stop 7 blocks away that goes directly to the airport. WHY WOULD YOU STAY ANYWHERE ELSE? I know I won't be.... Thank you St. George! You made our trip.

Pros: Most of the staff was helpful and friendly with only a couple exceptions. Located in a safer/nice side of town that is much more quiet. Atm and money exchange available. Nice pool area and great pool staff but not enough sun chairs/space.

The restaurant on the roof is so wonderful and has a very nice view. Staff has been very kind to us, helping with our luggage that didnt arrive. The relation cost/benefit is perfect.

Pros: Excellent location very close to the Acropolis in a nice little residential neighborhood. There is a Spar supermarket down the street and a small convenience store on the same block. We found our room to be very comfortable. We had a balcony with a nice view over Athens. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Our second stay at Divani, and it was lovely. The staff offers excellent service and is very attentive. The location is the best as all major sights can be easily reached by walking or the metro. the room was fabulous. I would highly, highly recommend it to all. on the night of the August full moon, we had dinner on the patio. we overlooked the acropolis and it was very memorable

Pros: Staff was incredibly helpful. I was traveling with my father who had a cane which lost a piece of the device. The staff gave us excellent directions to a nearby hardware store As we needed to replace it before leaving for a cruise.

Pros: The Hotel is close to metro station (1 min walk), but the area is quite dangerous, do not recommend you to have a walk during the night. Breakfast was really good and room was always clean. Stuff was very helpful and we enjoy our stay there.

Pros: Great location near acropolis and the shopping areas. We were able to walk to monstroaki and the parliment square as well. Temple of zeus is just across the street. Breakfast buffet is great with an amazing view. We came w our 17mo old and they provided a pack n play. Easy stroller access to front entrance an elevator. Easy stroller side walk access to near by sites. Pretty good sized room considering. Overall a good place to stay w kids

Hotel was comfortable and the service was good, though there were some issues with the room service. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room for free!
