Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the comfort of the beds. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unprofessional or unfriendly staff and communication barriers. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reports of dirty rooms and poor maintenance. Noise levels are also a frequent complaint, as street sounds and nearby activities disrupt sleep. Overall, while the location and bed comfort are highlights, service, cleanliness, and noise issues detract from the experience.
