We loved this hotel, will stay again next time we are in Bangkok. Our room was amazing and spacious with a great view of the river. There was some river noise in the evenings on the balcony but very quiet at night for sleeping. The staff were wonderful and the hotel has incredible restaurants and amenities. A real gem for the price.

Pros (+) good hotel with great service
Cons (-) standards of their bathroom and towels - woefully lacking- two bath towels for a room for 3 - no hand or medium towels even after asking they could not provide more - is there a shortage of towels or they do not aspire for a 4 or 5 star category

Pros (+) Located right along the river, the hotel has a water taxi that links to the train and other boats for ease of transport. The pool area has a great view, although there is currently construction going on next door for new residential units.
Cons (-) Upon checking in, the staff did a full sweep of the room and noticed that there was not any robes. I was told that they would get some and did not receive any.
