Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and convenience for accessing restaurants and shops. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as old linens, unclean rooms, and poor housekeeping. Service was also criticized, especially regarding staff attitude and lack of helpfulness. Breakfast and room size received negative remarks, with several guests disappointed by the quality of breakfast and the small size of rooms. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
