Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shopping, and city attractions. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, which contributed to a pleasant stay. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as unpleasant smells and stained linens, as well as some negative experiences with service, including slow or unhelpful staff and problems with room readiness or maintenance. Overall, while the location and room comfort were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the guest experience.

Jim & Amanda, Dec 2018
Pros (+) Staff were excellent in assisting us with a family emergency.
Cons (-) The room was basic. Furnishings were outdated as was the bathroom. The kitchen had very limited appliances and equipment. The beds were substandard and one of the dining chairs was broken.
