The rooms are old, the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable, the food was ok. You have to pay $5 for an hour of WiFi. It says all inclusive but at night time there’s no room service. The noise from the 1st floor is so loud that you can hear it from your room(we were on the 2nd floor) the elevators smell really bad. I didn’t like it and tbh I don’t recommend it.
The beds were ok
The food is very low quality and no variation. On a Saturday night it was either buffet with the cheapest food, or seafood with no options for kids. On top of that the food in the buffet is cold. WiFi, room service and even a safe box in the room has an extra charge. Even a decent meal has an extra charge since they’re part of “grand” oasis and you can’t go in unless you pay. The sun beds don’t even have cushions. Makes you feel like you’re on a public beach or something. Doesn’t give the all inclusive feel at all! The bathroom in the room smells like sewage very strong.
The food was good most of the restaurants
Pizza, pasta & Ice cream was very bad , the food was late, cold and you need to have more waiters and the hostess don't have experience and our cleaning room was so late if wi don't ask about it they don't do it
The staff was great. The always are
We had to relocate from the original resort I had booked, I would have never stayed here to begin with. This was by far the worst resort I have been too. I am the type that can stay anywhere and be happy, I do expect a certain amount of comfort when paying for it. They charged me extra for my 3 kid’s because the were over 11 it should have been a option when ask how old my children are. (We are a family of 6 with 2 friends) Food was terrible, I ate soup and salad everyday I was in the resort. It is disappointing to be in Mexico and eat bad food. Be aware thy they have different restaurants for different parts of the hotel. I found that strange. The pool is Okay. But just okay, beach is okay. Almost impossible to enjoy because it is loaded with seagulls! The chairs aren’t ever cleaned, all have bird poop on them. Again, if I was camping I would have totally fine with it. My daughter enjoyed the kids club. The kids club pool was pretty cool. Staff were great, (even the ones at the front desk demanding I pay more) rooms are clean and beds are comfortable enough. Showers had no water pressure, but that happens in Mexico.
Meals and restaurants were good Good service
Clean and humidity
