Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Some guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as friendly staff interactions. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, such as understaffing, lack of communication, and problems with amenities like breakfast, air conditioning, and room maintenance. Ongoing renovations and construction also affected the experience for some. Cons (-) Another guest brought a barking dog that they didn't keep quiet and another guest let their kids stomp upstairs.
Pros (+) Needs elevators . Didn’t like being put in the back of hotel. Would stay here again
Pros (+) Location is blocks from Legoland and across the street from the outlets Breakfast was pretty good Staff was friendly Parking was abundant and close to the room
Cons (-) Room fixtures and decor were older Beds were moderately comfortable Had to wait more than 30 min for a "more blankets" request
Pros (+) Everything was as stated in advertisement. Will return again.
Cons (-) Selecting channels as referred in guide difficult.
Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and friendly
