Pros: 3 main things: 1) the bathroom! I want one :) 2) the design of the hotel. Even though it was on a busy road, the rooms look on to the ocean, and you can't tell. 3) beautiful facilities. I was in a conference and did not leave the hotel for 3 days. I've been stuck in a hotel before, and I could only wish that they were all like the Miragem.

Pros: Hotel Cascais Miragem was everything I was after - fantastic location, wonderful views and professional, helpful and efficient staff. Only a short walk to main centre, provided guests the flexibility of eating at the many local restaurants or enjoying the wonderful facilities of the hotel. The transfer from airport was a short distance by taxi which was perfect for a short break. The outdoor pool was a key bonus with wonderful views of the coast. The key differentiator with Hotel Cascais Miragem was the outstanding service provided to get guests. A wonderful option for business events and something worth considering. Definitely back next year- thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: We liked very much the variety of restaurants and the enormous spaces in and out of the hotel, the best restaurant to visit is the arola, the golf clubhouse, great food very sexy & friendly staff. We can name it the hip place of penha longa but then for middle age people.

Pros: Just stayed here for 5 nights...beautiful boutique style hotel with modern design yet still has all the original features of the old building. The pool area is fabulous...the view out over the rocks and the sea is amazing and its very relaxing to sit out all day and watch the sun go down. The restaurant for breakfast is really good again with spectacular views out to sea. Dinner is a must as the food is 5* in the restaurant. Service in the hotel is excellent whether at the pool, bar, restaurant. Location to Cascais is perfect as the hotel is located right beside the marina which has some lovely restaurants to visit and its less than 10 minutes stroll into Cascais. Only negative is that our bathroom was tiny..small complaint though!

Pros: Absolutely stunning location with attentive, helpful staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. Expensive but pure bliss lounging on their four-poster sunbeds, wine glass in hand, watching the crashing Atlantic waves. Also, great base for easy visits to Lisbon (by train) and Sintra (by bus).

Pros: I was really pleased with the Farol Design Hotel overall. I thought the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and modern in design. I very much enjoyed the brunch with the sea-side view. Overall, I'd give this hotel a very high rating and would love to stay there if I returned to Cascais, Portugal.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. Had good access to the town and the beaches. The hotel also had bus service to the local train station and it was very convinent to use. On the whole we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
