please contact me: this was my first experience with Kayak and it was a near catastrophy; i ve got from you a confirmed price of 40 usd annd when i arrived at the agency they had the booking but under 110 EUR !!! and although i had your confirmaation number i had to pay theh higher price. also they nearly didn t give me the car as i only had a debit card.
