Cons: When I returned car I had to pay for a cab to take me less than a mile. Agent claimed there was no one around to give me a ride.

Pros: Price was good.
Cons: Car had broken HVAC. Car needs more accessory outlets. Sat Radio or Bluetooth would be nice.

Cons: I have been debited for a upgrade about which I was not informed.
At pick up I was asked whether a Nissan (Altimate ?) was ok instead of the ordered Toyota Corolla . I did not know this type of car and it was not clear to me that this meant a price increase of $ 117
Later on back home, I found out the extra price.
Moreover I have been charged for late return since I picked up at 09.39 pm and returned the car at 2.49 am although I have been charged for an extra day as well !!!! POOR SERVICE

Pros: miss ashley was wonderful.. very re-assuring on the chance my flight was delayed that some arrangement would be made to still get access to my rental.. sure enough, flight delayed.. called to advise and scott said no worries he would be there.. miss ashley again was on my return day gave me precise directions back to the airport..
there she was like the mother bird bringing in her flock..
couldn't have had better or more pleasant service..
Make Copy of Rental Agreement Before Using Optiona
Pros: Clean car, very nice attendants at the Budget desks in FLO and CHS
Cons: Recently I rented a car in Florence SC (FLO) and drove one-way and dropped off in Charleston SC (CHS). Once I got home to Alaska, I noticed my credit card was charged a pending fee of ~$700.00 vs. the $53.59 on the signed rental agreement. I was told by the Budget attendant, who checked in my rental car in CHS that all I needed to do was drop off my rental agreement in the Drop Box at the Budget desk. That's what I did. The waiting line was long at the Budget desk, so it was nice to have the Drop Box so I wouldn't be late for my departing flight. I called the 1-800 customer service # to get this cleared up, and it was immediately taken care of so that my credit card was never charged the ~$700.00. A little bit of a hassle, but Budget was very responsive. Next time, I will make a copy of my rental agreement before I use the Drop Box.

I couldn't pick up the rental because they closed early.
Cons: Their website said they would be open until 9pm they closed at 6pm.

Pros: Ease of transaction
Cons: Price charged was more than chosen. Lengthy back and forth to get it resolved
Cons: I made my reservation a week in advance & they called me at 8:30a on the morning I was to pick the car up to tell me nothing was available. I had to cancel my reservation. I called Enterprise directly & booked another location only to arrive at 12p for pick up but there were no cars available. Never again!!!
