The guy who helped us with pick up and drop off was super helpful and friendly. They were also very thorough with looking over the car and explaining things to us. My only frustration is related to a phone call I had with Avis customer service. I called to ask if it was permitted to drive the car to Argentina and they said no. I therefore purchased bus tickets to get to Argentina and back. But after arriving in Puerto Natales, the Avis employee told me that it was allowed and he could have arranged it for me. It would be good if the customer service people knew the rules.

The system was unavailable and the manual procedure took so long. We scheduled the pickup for 9:00am, but took the car 11:30a.m. The drop off was ok.

It isunreliable company. No way to communicate with eurocar. When my flight was delayed, i can not reach them by phone. Sent then msg through their Manage rental car page, but they ignored it. They cancelled my booking, gave a car not I booked and blamed me for later showing up for pick up.
