The staff were fantastic the breakfast was spot on nothing wrong with hotel just a bit on the small side.
The was to small and the aircon didn't work.
The staff, breakfast, location.
The rooms were to small and the aircon didn't work as it was colder out side in morning, just a bit to small fir us.
The staff were great, helpful and smiley. Breakfast was also really good. It’s very close to the night markets, which is why I chose it.
The rooms are very small. The drains a little smelly (fairly typical in the area to be fair) and there was some noise from the road outside
The location is good as you can walk everywhere. The staff despite the vegetarian errors are very friendly and funny. The rooms are small but the beds are soooo comfortable. And the breakfast when they get it right it's delicious. I would still stay here but I would not rely on the breakfast...
Honestly the place was quite perfect but I do have to mention two things and please do take this as constructive feedback: 1. Try and be more considerate about vegan/vegetarian guests. On the menu there's no vegan options. Also out of 3 mornings 2 breakfasts were wrong. I asked for a vegetarian omelette and it came back with ham. This time it was fine as I was not in a rush. Next morning I asked for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich I received a ham and cheese sandwich which is on the opposite spectrum. And I was in a rush to the airport so I left without breakfast. If you struggle with English is better to double check with the guests rather than assuming and get the order wronh. 2. The pool is always cold, I never saw anyone in. Saw people excited about it but the minute they touched the water they got out. So think of it for pure decor.
