Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location within Alishan Park. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and amenities like in-room heating and shuttle service. However, several reviews noted that the rooms are small and the lack of an elevator made access to higher floors difficult, especially after hiking. Despite these drawbacks, most guests felt the hotel offered good value and a pleasant stay overall.
