Pros (+) room looked nice
Cons (-) it was loud, the sink was clogged and barely drained, the shower had horribly low water pressure, and the shampoo dispenser didn't work

Pros (+) Can't get a better location if you are looking for an east bank experience. Hotel is modern and nice. Great party stop for before and after a good night out.
Cons (-) Missing a little of the elegance of the other historical CLE hotels. Cab or shuttle ride to the Casino or East 4'th.

Pros (+) Nice place, friendly/helpful staff, easy to walk to great places. The Flats is a great place to use as a base for exploring when you flee to the Cleve.
Cons (-) When I got drunk I forgot which elevator bank went to my room and which went to the parking garage. I guess you can't fault the hotel for that.
