Pros (+) The room was so nice and much larger than what you would get at other hotels for the same price. Very clean. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Most were very friendly. Cookies and popcorn in the lobby at night was a very nice touch, and breakfast was excellent. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I come to Columbus.
Cons (-) Housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 8:30 a.m. . Would be nice if they waited until at least 10:00. Also a couple of them were rude when asked to come back later, huffing and rolling their eyes.
