I called to find out where the office was and was told it was at the airport terminal. In fact it wasn’t there and we had trouble finding address on the instructions. When we finally got there, there was nothing there – no office, no sign. We kept calling the phone number and it took nearly 2 hours to get our car. The car was filthy. Qverall the whole experience was terrible and I will never use Yesaway again!

It was amazing, the staff at the airport were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. On the other hand kayak were idles. No one could provide me with a phone number so I could amend my contract. In future I will no longer use a 3rd party.

Economy

The communication was poor, and the staff was unhelpful. During a natural disaster, when a cyclone was about to hit the city, I called the staff to request a change in my drop-off location. However, instead of assisting me, multiple staff members kept transferring me from one person to another for over 1.5 hours and several phone calls. It was extremely frustrating, as each representative kept repeating the same message—that I couldn’t change the drop-off location—despite me explaining that a cyclone was approaching. Their lack of flexibility and common sense was astonishing. In the end, I had no choice but to drive to another city, as the original airport's operations were suspended, yet the staff still insisted I return the car to that location. (I doubt Thrifty tests all its staff, making sure that they must not have any brain cells- no thinking and no common sense)
