Cons (-) Property shows neglect and in need of repairs... towels were rough and not soft

Cons (-) It has an odd layout with the first floor on the lower level and the second floor containing the lobby. Would have preferrred continental breakfast over the attached restaurant.

Cons (-) The shuttle service is worthless. They never respond and i had to end up getting either cabs or ubers. When summoned by front desk they took forever to respond.
