10.0 Excellent

Cons: I have no claims, everything was fine
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the beach, good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet relaxed place for adults.
Cons: Everyday room cleaning would be better..
7.5 Good
Pros: staff breakfast and restaurant
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, close to the beach, large buffet breakfast, quiet and comfy rooms. Ideally situated for doing watersports!
Cons: Stairs from the ground floors to the reception...no elevator. 2 separate beds :-(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quite place, the interior. Nice juniorsuite and beautiful view to the ocean. We had a great time in January. Fantastic
Cons: That it is not common to have coffee and tea in the rooms?!? 4 stars shall provide this in all rooms as standard
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location & Staff One member of staff stood out - Cathaysa was exceptional...went out of her way to make our stay very special
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Sol Beach House is a very unique and stylish place. An aura of calm envelops you as you arrive. Staff are friendly but very unobtrusive. Guests are definitely left to enjoy themselves without interference or fuss....which makes it a very peaceful place to stay. The rooms are fab...huge windows look over the endless vista of Sotavento beach framed by palms. Each balcony is cleverly placed to be totally secluded and not overlooked. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms very quiet and everything laid on as far as hairdryers, great showers, a book exchange system etc. A definite Ibiza vibe with bleached wooden floors and distressed wood frames but lovely comfortable additions such as a rocking chair and big double lounger on the balcony. Took yoga classes every day at the next door sister hotel which were good but quite crowded. Loved the Ginger Bar as a place to relax, play chess, read after dinner. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Having read reports on booking.com I was anxious about the food. I could not have been more wrong; it was fresh, varied and delicious. The buffet system suited hungry 20 yr olds well. Breakfast particularly was amazing! Lots of fresh fruit, seeds, yoghourt etc We surfed at nearby La Pared beach, travelled down to remote beaches on the peninsula and walked locally and swam lengths in the sizeable (15 m) chilly but lovely pool. Would definitely wish to return.
Cons: We resented paying for water (tap water is not drinkable) and felt as a place that promotes itself as eco aware a refill system with metal bottles (we have used this at other 'eco' hotels) would make sense. Lovely staff but very overworked at mealtimes and one waiter complained to me one evening that there were only 3 staff on duty and he was rushed off his feet. Overall, no serious complaints as loved our stay.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, close to fantastic beaches, excellent staff
Cons: The swimming pool is just too cold. Impossible to use it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Doesn't feel as mass touristy as other big chain hotels nearby. Staff is friendly. The dome shaped rooms feel unique and are spacious. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: Worst gym I've ever seen at an hotel. It is not clean I had to scrub black paste of my knees after kneeling down on a mat plus equipment is old and falling apart and there is no aircon inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from start to finish was beyond my expectations. A totally amazing place to stay to relax and recharge. Amazing surroundings, staff were excellent, excellent food, facilities and the suites were exceptional. Thank you for a fantastic stay many people have said they would like to come.to stay having seen my photos.
Cons: There was nothing it was all perfect !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was travelling with 2 large dogs. From the moment we arrived, everything was great. Bernardino at the reception was fantastic, very welcoming. The apartment is very comfortable, with a nice living room and very good bathroom with a jetted tub. The enclosed patio is great for those who want privacy and who are travelling with animals. The hotel provided dog mats, as well as feed bowels. Restaurant is good and all of the chefs and waiting staff are extremely friendly, especially Julian the young guy at the bar. Pool area is quiet due to the beach being just in front so everyone is there instead. Would recommend 100% and cannot wait to return - only hope there is no change in the Animal policy.
Cons: Nothing at all, everything was fantastic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There is a limited number of guests in the hotel, as it is not a high rise. This gives it a much more relaxed and personal appeal.
7.9 Good
Pros: Size of rooms biggest ever stayed in.0
Cons: Coffee facilities very poor and had to pay for it!! Advised not to drink wat6 fr tap but had to pay for bottled water!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Unusual but very comfy and large rooms, great breakfast, lots of "chill out" areas
Cons: Sewer smells can be annoying

6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: We booked two bedrooms appartment, but when we arrived we were offered two single bedroom apartments, because the owner gave away the apartment we had booked.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing. The lady at the reception. The apartment seemed to be completely renovated. Direct access to the beach.
Cons: The smell of the bathroom
7.1 Good
Cons: WiFi must be free next time
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach and grocery store. Parking at the building. Helpful and nice staff - thank you!
Cons: Really bad wifi - not usable at all, unfortunately.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location in front to the beach Full of parking next to the hotel Silent apartaments Staff very friendly and gives good advice about sightseeing Rooms are clean Good with kids, they have sand toys I think great value for money
Cons: Some parts of rooms need renovation, like sofa in main room, iron, but still its very clean, reception desk lady said the will be renovated in few months, so I think will be very good apartments No blender In kitchen no dishwasher detergent, oil, sugar, peper so if you want to cook something you have to buy full and left there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Definitely the view from the apartment.
Cons: There is no freezer in the fridge, but they helped us at the reception.
7.9 Good
Pros: It is right on the beach. You can just walk onto it. We were there in mid March so it was off season and parking was super close. Staff were nice and friendly. Apartment was clean and quiet.
Cons: WiFi is quite poor. No housekeeping, no towel change during our 3 night stay. Drab old style apartment. Some things need maintenance.. loose faucet/tap, sink stopper faulty. Though the kitchen utencils were good there was no chopping board also no washing-up liquid. (Staying for only a few days it makes sense not to have to go to a store to buy washing up liquid). Didn't get WiFi 1st night as we arrived late and they keep that information in the office for some reason! They keep cleaning mops inside the house in a cupboard in the kitchen and it smells. They should either really clean that or have the cleaners bring them to the apartment when they come to clean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: staff is very friendly and lovely. our apartment is in front of the beach, therefore with a great sea view. balcony is big and has two sunbeds. there are also lots of book in the room, but most of them in German. I would like to stay this place again.
Cons: in the room there's an old Philips CD/radio player, it, by mistaken, could be turned on with the remote TV controller when switching TV channels.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent really nice and fresh
Cons: The wind
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice room. Good facilities. Nice view
Cons: The food was not so good. I expected it to be better for a 4-stars hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Affordable luxury! Really calm and quiet place, great spa and lovely cocktails. Extensive breakfast buffet and comfy beds. Loved it!
Cons: Costa Calma is a very sleepy town - not much going on and nothing to look at. Pretty beaches though!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I have in bars and hotels for 23 years. I stayed at the H10 Playa Esmeralda about 10 years ago and found the buffet restaurant amazing. had an evening meal there first night this time and it was terrible. At only 16€ it was very over priced. needless to say I never went back. Excepting this the hotel and staff were excellent, and I would recommend it, if you avoid that buffet restaurant.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and well fitted out. We would have expected tea/ coffee facilities in the room of a 4* hotel.
Cons: The temperature of pools, indoor and outdoor was very cool. The dining experience was a bit of a scrum!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very modern, clean and well appointed. Superb range of facilities available - very large outdoor swimming pool, snack bar, spa, indoor pool, sun loungers, shops and very easy access to beaches, close to all amenities in Costa Calma including shops and restaurants. Room was bright, clean, well appointed and spacious. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Privilege restaurant was excellent with a high quality food offering. Good range and quality of food offering for breakfast at the buffet restaurant.
Cons: Some staff members were rather rude and abrupt when contacted for help. Ironing service was rather poor and the rooms lacked an iron and ironing board. The hotel was very keen for guests and residents to run a tab on their rooms rather than paying directly with cash or credit/debit card. Disco bar was dated with a rather poor layout and offering of live music acts. The jacuzzi at the spa centra was cold and thus not used. Buffet restaurant offered a rather limited choice of main courses at dinner and dessert offerings were poor. Hotel offered very limited parking facilities for our rental car.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location for us as it is quiet but has good beaches nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant provided lots of choice at every meal. They also cater for vegetarians and children in a buffet style set up. They put on a marvellous gala dinner for New Years Eve with complimentary pre dinner drinks and live entertainment. The hotel was kept absolutely spotless.
Cons: The rooms did not have tea and coffee making facilities. However I was able to have a kettle for a €20 refundable deposit. The rooms are comfortable but a little dated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Food was disappointing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: There was a lot of plants and green areas in the hotel
Cons: Dinner wasn’t perfect and drinks were overpriced
8.8 Excellent
Cons: We missed some public transport to have the possibility to visit other cities. We also missed not having a sand beach.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent. Location is fantastic, beautiful warm ocean for swimming, if you are bored with the swimming pools. There are two of them: with cool and warm water. The bed is big and exceptionally comfy. The staff is nice an very helpful.
Cons: We were very disappointed because the half of the complex, including beautiful Seawater lagoon and fantastic fountains, did not work. Hopefully, it will work later in the season but it was unfortunate surprise for us. Without these facilities the hotel lost its unique point.
7.5 Good
Pros: - Great outdoor swimming pools - Cosy rooms with good A/C - Large Restaurant with good selection of food - Location very quite, only short distance to tourist center
Cons: - Spa very cold water, staff didn't seem to want to refund money paid (was refunded after some effort) - Beds are a little hard - when sitting on balcony you can't see the view (had a ocean view room)
6.3 Good
Pros: The property was nice, even though it was a little older than I expected. The food is good but could become repetitive after 5th day.Piano bar was nice but could be a little longer. The shower was really nice with lots of pressure.
Cons: I didn't like that men were forced to wear long dress pants for dinner. Women could wear shorts. Most of staff at the Restaurant should take a course as how to speak to the guests. Some of them behaved & sounded very rude and aggressive. The atmospher very dead and hospital like. Management should do something to lift it up for a happier place.

Cons: We received room on the bottom level.. it was terrible. Around was concret. Nothing to see
5.8 Okay
Pros: Large room and car park around
Cons: Room very noisy without soundproofing.. Breakfast with bad coffee (instant coffee) and no fresh orange juice. Food for dinner not that great Acess to the spa with extra fee
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well kept and very clean
Cons: Lack of wind breakers
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food. Completely relaxed atmosphere. Pool area is very nice. Very good quality/price ratio. This is beach front hotel. Beach in front of hotel is sandy and nice. Water is 24-25C (beg of Oct).
Cons: There is no promenade. Potential problem for older people is that hotel is on a cliff and there is a certain number of stairs to beach.. Shopping is limited - there is a few shops in hotel. It can be windy on pools; it is better on the beach.

7.9 Good
Pros: The best feature of the hotel is its beach front location, great pools, very comfortable sunbeds, nice selection at the poolside bar and very friendly staff. I liked the view from the balcony towards the sea and the sunbeds very
Cons: Although they do have a spa centre, it was impossible to book a massage as the only available appointment was in a week. The buffet selection was nice, but could do with more variety for dinner, considering the price.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, except cleanliness and wiev from my balcony.
Cons: I booked staninng sea wiev room, but got half sea wiev with half of building on the side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel, beautiful, good spa, food was delicious, everything was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, really amazing!
Cons: Wifi only in the reception area for free but bad coverage. The hotel should allow for free wifi also in the rooms and ensure good coverage.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff very willing to help in anyway possible
Cons: Not great nightlife, and no espresso coffee for breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We visited at the same time last year and would visit again. The staff are efficient, polite and friendly, particularly the restaurant staff. A comfortable hotel in a good location.
Cons: We were not advised that the Spa pool was closed due to refurbishment although it was clear when we were there a year ago that this work needed to be carried out. Single or double rooms are offered. Our double room contained two single beds which seems to be quite common in Spanish hotels. We requested that the beds should be joined, which was arranged, but we still had bedding for single beds. Housekeeping provided a double sheet but we were informed that there were no double duvet covers. For the duration of the holiday we had two single bed duvet covers which was irritating. Apart from the above it is important to stress just how helpful and friendly all the staff are, particularly in the restaurant, reception and housekeeping.
6.7 Good
Cons: They claimed for 4 euros as cost of a bottle of water that we found as cortesy when arriving thje room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great selection of food, right on the beach and a huge room.
Cons: Bar staff could do with a few cocktail making lessons!
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: firstly location very quiet no bars or restraunts at all you have is your hotel which ours had zero entertainment the staff didn’t speak any English mainly catered for the Germans the pool was freezing cold kids weren’t allowed to play any games in the pool no floats and no soft balls zero fun for kids
7.5 Good
Pros: The food was generally very tasty, variable, but fish was tasteless. The restaurant was clean and huge, we never feel crowded. The hotel was always cleaned, rooms were cleaned every day as well. Beautiful view from the beach bar to Costa Calma. There was free parking place all the time.
Cons: There was not enough umbrella. It would be very useful against strong sunshine. No free wifi. You have to pay for it. Apartments are too far from the main building and it is not mentioned on the website of the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good vibes of the hotel & swimming pool
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, amazing staff.
Cons: Felt like hotel is trying to save on everything possible.
6.7 Good
Pros: - calm and big rooms - nice surrounding - nice beach (you can hear and read on internet it is a white sand beach. NOT white...) - good location
Cons: - WIFI: it is 2018, Not 1992!! Charging wifi is ridiculous. Even a 4 star hotel. But, if it is for money, could work...for 25 EUR, NOT working!! - check in was 30 min...crazy. - in stead of elephant on bed, could be better to sweep in room (no sweeping for a week! Yes! Leaves on floor for a week) - stolen of my phonecharger. (???) Amazing... - if you would like to drink a normal true espresso, it is 1 EUR...(we were in all inclusive) — crazy too... - opening hours of the Bars are not ideal. For example the best bar close at 6pm. What is that? Of course don't drink so much for your money.. - half on our before closing time of dinner or lunch they begin to pack, which is very disturbing. - we booked two rooms, first we get them in two other blocks (widely, 100 metres), when I ask why, we get next to eachother. Dear Hotel! Please don't react that these are not true, because these are FACTS.

6.7 Good
Pros: Good hotel If you are looking to relax and be right on the beach
Cons: It didn’t feel like you were in Spain, more like Germany!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room. Can’t believe that they gave me a double bedroom apartment with 2 balcony. Food were excellent and delicious. Variety international choices. Feel safe for a female solo traveler.
Cons: When I check in the hotel front desk staff told me that I will get my passport back next day but didn’t tell me the reason why she need to hold my passport. Then when I suggest her to take a photocopy of my passport instead of hold it overnight at front desk she do as i suggested. Just saying this because I’m an experienced traveler and been to Spain many times. Never been ask for passport to keep at front desk before.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great access straight onto a lovely beach. Our sea view room had a nice outside sitting space. Lovely touch of hibiscus flower put on top of towels in room. Food in restaurant very good, buffet with great range of choices. Reasonably priced as included drinks. Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again if passing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything and staff
Cons: Bar opening hours 10pm very early for closing 11pm would be better. if its for noise: there would be people on their balconies chatting after 10pm
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: terrace with private sunbeds. hassel upon cheking in and out. lousy social skills by staff at reception. avoid this place
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean Bathroom, Tidy Rooms
Cons: The staff were very very rude. We went there at around 00:00 and the door was closed and the receptionist didn't even bother to give us any attention as we kept waving hands from outside. He was very rude and was angry at us as we were three and he had to make an extra bed himself, though he just gave us the sheets and blanket. They had no experience and the check in took a long time. They didn't even have proper knowledge of how to use the system! There were towels only for 2 people, not 3! Not enough shower gel/shampoo. The ventilation kept on making a lot of noise and so did the beds. I would not recommend this place if you want pleasant travelling experiences and less angry faces. Disappointing Management!!

Pros: All-in with new things on the menu every day. Their cava
Cons: Swimming pool Shoud be better 1,50m deep over at least 15 meters. Fitness: had1 bike in the fitness-room not working. Should also have a step and a crosstrainer. Should be on a Location with view on the see. Møre air should be able to enter in that room. Room: Why give us a room without sun on the terras in this period of the year.we would have loved it .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very family friendly! We are returning guests and it's been fantastic to relax in FUE again. Food is delicious, pool is superb clean, in the bar there's complementary refill on all beverages. Super fast wifi. It's just 45minutes away from the airport, 10minutes drive from the Atlantic ocean (La Pared) and 20min drive from Morro Jable if fancy for an excursion.
Cons: Hot water after 9pm was hard to come by in our room. Other rooms had hot water throughout the day. No water heater in the room for coffee making - however coffee machines are available 24/7 around the cafeteria for free of charge. There aren't any power outlet around the bed to recharge your smartphone, camera, etc. No ice machine at the premise. However still a very nice hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The very nice swimming pool & Food (all inclusive).
8.8 Excellent
Cons: the only thing i didn't like was that in some days i saw flies in restaurant, sitting on food, otherwise this hotel is a great value for the money paid
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cats around the hotel were amazing! Wish their was more :)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful. Food was good and plentiful
Cons: Not very much to do outside the hotel apart from the beach if you don't have a car.
7.0 Good
Pros: Fantastic staff and and really good food from breakfast to dinner.
Cons: Bar could do with some renovations and there was a total lack of atmosphere there although this was probably down to the average age of the guests

9.2 Excellent

6.0 Good
Pros: Location
