Pros: Moira was amazing! Very personable and engaging.
Cons: Be sure to bring ear plugs if you have an early morning, I could hear every word spoken in the room behind me up until midnight.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent room, servic and a very nice landlady. A cosy bed to sleep well. Good connection with the Bus to Dublin and good transport-connection by car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hostess. Great breakfasts. Easy to/from the airport and easy to/from downtown Dublin (all on the same bus #16). I would definitely stay again. As a matter of fact I canceled the place I was going to stay at in Dublin on my way back out of Ireland and booked this place instead since it is so perfect.
Cons: It was a joy to stay here.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Exceeded our expectations in quality & attention to detail.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like about the property, our room, the host nor the location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Moira was a lovely host, very welcoming. The bed/bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Host was very pleasant and accommodating, arrived early before check time. Comfortable room, beautiful decor.
Cons: Stayed one night
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, excellent range of choices. access to hot drinks, food and fruit at all time. Fan in room as weather was warm. Bus almost outside door, half way between airport and city
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect. Breakfast was always fantastic, Moira is amazing, always willing to help and made me feel very comfortable. The place is very clean and cozy. I just loved it all. It was the best place I ever stayed. Location is great, near the airport and easy access to busses.
Cons: I truly loved every single thing
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Until I stayed here I thought all beds in Ireland were hard with springs digging into your back. This one was plush and comfortable. The shower also the best pressure and volume. The full Irish breakfast was perfect before a long flight.
Cons: Our room faced the road so was a little noisy in the morning. But we had to be up at7 anyway.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very quiet, exceedingly comfortable, perfect location to get into city or to airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the place was so clean and lovely comfortable and breakfasts were amazing would defo recomend this place to anyone to stay at for the money worth every penny would 100% stay there again the owner could not do enough for you very friendly
Cons: nothing really enjoyed our stay

Pros: Spotless ensuite facilities. Sky lights. Hosts helpfulness in calling taxi for early morning departure. Ability to take a bit of breakfast on our own because we had to leave before breakfast hours began.
Cons: No stands for placing suitcases. No closet — hooks are fine for a short stay, but for a longer stay, hanging space for clothes is insufficient.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was nice, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Guests also have the use of the back garden which is also lovely. The breakfasts are excellent.
Cons: There was nothing not to like.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The lady was very friendly and helpful, room clean comfortable and location great for airport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All good
Cons: All good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a superb stay. Spotless and Rose went out of her way to please, feed and accommodate. A dream stay over. Thank you.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful and accommodating owner?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and quiet and I slept really well. Breakfast was exactly what I like. Owners very welcoming, professional and helpful
Cons: I liked everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We wanted a quiet location close to the airport so that we could return our rental car easily. This BnB is a 4KM drive to the airport car rental locations with simple road access. Also used the site to visit tourist spots north of Dublin. There are pubs, a McDonalds and starbucks within walking distance. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Wifi a little weak in our room but good enough.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rose was the ultimate hostess. She made us feel welcome immediately. Gave us excellent recommendations on getting in and out of Dublin on public transportation thus avoiding the necessity of driving. She was a great resource. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.8
Pros: Very good location for Dublin Airport. Welcoming hostess. Good breakfast. Remodeled kitchen was impressive. Breakfast server was courteous.
Cons: Price reflects Airport proximity, i.e, average price € 110/room. Room small but adequate for 2. Stairs were difficult for me, a senior(80+) with heavy luggage. We had to leave luggage downstairs and take clothes out of luggage and carry up to room.

Pros: It was clean, modern and had air conditioning (in a country with very few hotels or B&Bs with A/C). The shuttle bus ran regularly and on time. It's very convenient to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower/bathtub is awkwardly shaped and the curtain sticks to you. Also, they need fans in the bathrooms to extract the humidity.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the free shuttle was a big bonus.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The breakfast was good, convenient location upstairs near our room. The location was also convenient being that our flight came in around 1AM so it was a close trip to the hotel to check in. Great decor! Very inviting and chic. Friendly staff- accommodating with late check in.
Cons: There was mold in the shower - it needed to be cleaned.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Substantial breakfast very comfortable room
Cons: All great
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location and amenities
Excellent 10.0
Pros: smart telly
Cons: no toothpaste or toothbrush.
Good 7.5
Pros: I liked the location. It was really convenient for the airport, and it is in a good location.
Cons: The food in the restaurant wasn't the best. It was overpriced. The waiting staff were really nice and courteous.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Staff excellent Surrounding area is lovely Room was neat, comfortable and well stocked
Cons: Not much
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly efficient staff.
Cons: All great
Okay 5.5
Cons: No fresh tea at breakfast. Service poor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was spacious and a nice soft bed. Our early departure required a wake up call at 4.30am which was processed at the correct time. The shuttle bus service at 5.00am was a great help for us to catch our early morning flight.
Cons: Not much
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was too notch, from the smart phone on offer in my room to the comfortable bed to the fantastic dinner I had in the hotel restaurant Touzai. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: My mom and I shared a room here and there was enough space for the two of us so that we weren’t on top of each other. The rooms were always very clean and the space was quiet as well. The hosts were both very friendly and helpful as well! And the breakfast was fantastic!
Cons: Our room did get a tad warm at night, but not too hot that we couldn’t sleep. We also did have some trouble with the shower, but it wasn’t too bad a situation.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: If you need to stay near the airport, this was a pretty good B&B to choose. They called me a cab in advance for the morning - cab to the airport was about 14 euros. The staff is a lovely couple who try to make your stay comfortable and give good recommendations.
Cons: If you need to be near city centre this may not be the place for you. There is a bus that leaves from outside the door but I had heavy bags so took a cab there, and then I felt too far away to get back into city centre. I had to walk 20 minutes from the B&B to find a coffee shop and 10 minutes for the nearby dinner spot, and I took a cab back because it was raining. This is not at all the owners' fault - they were delightful and did everything right!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The house is comfortable and you feel like in an Irish home. The breakfest was very tasty and delicious but I think that the price of 12 Euro for that was too expensive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hosts warm and welcoming, gave very useful Information about transport and local facilities. Very well located with bus stop direct to the city right outside the door. Delicious breakfast with good range of choices. Room very clean and comfortable with excellent modern bathroom. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Dublin.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great hosts, very helpful. Delicious breakfasts. Accommodation very close to public transport to city and airport. Good car parking.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very welcoming, Maria and Alan were great and gave us lots of helpful information. Maria’s introductory chat was invaluable and set us on the right path to start exploring a Dublin straight away. Comfy beds and newish bathroom. Really homely atmosphere.
Cons: We were in room 1, which was next to the front door and the stairs, under another guest room and faced the road. It was very noisy, but good ear plugs helped. Room and bathroom are small, but we were only really there to sleep.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I just needed somewhere for us to sleep the night before a flight but would go back for longer. Courteous staff, comfortable room, spotlessly clean. We didn't have en suite but the bathroom was shared with only one other person. It's on a bus route with an efficient service into the city centre (3km) and the taxi to the airport took not even 10 minutes.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: #14 bus outside handy to go into city. Breakfast great and Maria and Alan very welcoming
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great breakfast, wonderful staff, very clean room
Cons: A bit far outside city center (not walking distance), bit pricy
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Food, location, manner, Allan & Maria perfect hosts.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: nothing not to like
Okay 4.5
Pros: Room was spacious and clean
Cons: Very expensive for a room only rate. Having to pay €9 for a car park space is outrageous when was a checked in guest. No mention of this at time of booking or at check in. Staff were polite but were so busy there is no personal touch- we were not notified of leisure facilities or options to eat at our leisure. Would not stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent staff couldn’t have asked for nicer so friendly and accommodating.

Okay 5.5
Pros: The downstairs decor was beautiful.
Cons: The view onto a building site. No A/C The 6:49am wake up call every morning from the very noisy building site next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were absolutely fabulous and so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful meal in the restaurant and the manager, Jannie (?) was awesome. Always great to meet a fellow South African.
Good 7.5
Pros: Location good for access to airport (15 mins by taxi). Friendly staff.
Cons: My room was on the 5th floor but the elevator stops at the 4th - as well as the stair you have to get through two fire doors with your luggage. Not very handy. The hotel was good overall but expensive for what it provided.
Good 7.4
Pros: Checkout time of 12. Friendly staff. Convenient location (close to city center and airport):
Cons: No air conditioning made sleeping difficult a few nights. The double room had 3 beds (two doubles and one queen) instead of two queens. No couch or armchairs in the room.
Good 7.4
Pros: Location was convenient and non-room facilities and restaurant were quite nice.
Cons: We we reserved and were sold “an executive king” with a view and upon arrival were told no such accommodation exists (caution!). in fact, our executive king was actually a quite small king room, with a view of parking lot and busy street and no air conditioning. It turns out that is situation with many of the hotel’s rooms. The only way to get ventilation is to open a window which gives you much highway noise. Not at all a restful setting.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Professionalism ; equipements, products and staff.
Cons: Would be nice to have soda bread as well for breakfast.
Good 7.5
Pros: The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, the restaurant was good and parking was easy.
Cons: No air conditioning and if you open the window, the major construction outside was SO loud and it began at 7am!!!! I thought the price was high considering no breakfast and you had to pay for parking and no air conditioning...in a hotel which we travel the world and have never NOT had A/C.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: I really enjoyed the stay. I loved the fan in the room and it really added to our comfort.
Cons: I would like a tray at breakfast. Walking around the dining area is awful
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff were super attentive, the room was lovely and it was really good value.
Cons: There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like
Good 7.5
Cons: Air condition should be better. Bathroom was little bit oldish.
Okay 5.5
Pros: Location
Cons: I asked for something to be left in the room for my Mothers bday. Gillian in the front desk said no problem she would leave something. Went into the room and surprise surprise there was nothing left. Carpet needed a serious clean.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Beds were comfortable but we don’t like doonas. Perhaps a blanket(s) can be included in the room.
Cons: Doonas.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the room was excellent! the bed was so soft and comfortable! also the hotel staff was so helpful and very nice! it was a great experience all around!!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: very good
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: nothing the food was awful had to send back my meal turkey dinner the manager in fairness to him did not charge me for it the potatoes were awful not creamed the rost potato was hard and the vegg was either off or dirty i asked for a disabled room!! i got a room on the 3rd floor with no disabled bathroom or any facilities
Cons: i would not recomend it for disabled people 3rd floor is not disabled and no bathroom facilities in theroom for disabled people
Good 7.7
Pros: Peace & quiet
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I had the same room as in pictures, clean, nice, just excellent. The location is perfect. Close to the airport (20 min by bus 16a) and very close to the city center (10 min by any bus). Bus stop is next to the hotel. In the neighbourhood are Tesco, a Thai restaurant (very good and not expensive), kiosk, Croke Park. This is the best place to stay in Dublin.
Good 6.8
Pros: valuable price for money, longer walking distance to the city centre
Cons: $review.cons

Good 7.0
Pros: Room size was great and it was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and decor in our room dated. Ensuite was a bit mildewy.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The powerful shower
Cons: Very dated & expensive for a bed only stay
Okay 4.3
Pros: Relatively clean
Cons: One minute shower gel & shampoo each for 2 nights, 3 t bags each, 1 biscuit each for 2 nights, never saw staff, had to pay in cash and the only local atm charged me €9 for withdrawing €200 without a warning. Tried to contact staff when nobody was in reception at the stated times by texting the number they gave but got no response: oh, and the WiFi password didn’t work for either of us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The clearness of the place. Great communication. Take bus 16 or 41 to the place.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The location is really great for buses, and Andre was such a lovely person to meet - always helpful and so friendly. The staff were really nice, and the parking was complimentary with plenty of space. We were travelling with our 5 month old son for the first time and were worried about the noise, but it was nice and quiet and he had no trouble sleeping! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!
Cons: It would have been great if the breakfast was included in the price.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: It was just as expected and a very easy check in. They also personalized the experience.
Cons: It was a bit loud at night as it’s right on a Main Street, but it was also louder as I had the window open and slept with ear plugs.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Nice to have option of cooked breakfast. Lots of options. Good coffee.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The area is within minutes to the centre by using the bus. Well served breakfast. Ask for anything cooked, and you have it.
Cons: The area is a bit noisy with ongoing traffic all through the night. Leaving the area from the backyard with the car one cannot make a left turn! No obvious reason why!! Because the road has two lanes and thus one can easily follow the traffic on the left lane. But somehow this is not allowable.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, promptly served in beautiful surroundings.
Good 7.5
Pros: Just out of the city, but easy access by bus to go there. Easy access to highway and airport by car. Nice little area with some restaurants, pubs and shops. Good communication and practical entrance with codes.
Cons: Alongside a busy road.

Good 6.5
Pros: Staff , facilities even though room was quite compact it had everything from a hairdryer to iron to tea making facilities and lively fresh towels etc
Good 7.0
Pros: Pleasant stay with a tasty BBQ pulled pork burger in the bar with a drink and live music
Cons: No power socket near the bed, although I always travel with a small extension cable I could reach the bed and charge my tablet and watch a movie at the same time. Furthermore the shower head was damaged as well the shower curtain rail
Okay 5.8
Pros: Food was excellent
Cons: The carpet was very dirty and wasn’t enjoyable to walk bare foot in plus the sofa in room was very badly stained Pillows were very flat and were not comfortable at all
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the location in relation to the airport and the airport shuttles that were offered. The staff was super helpful and friendly the entire time. The room was amazing! Taking a nice hot bath after my trip around Ireland was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No complainants.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Clean comfortable convenient
Cons: 5 euro tray charge for room service
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff in the bar were very professional, we waited a while for main course but when they arrived the supervisor explained the delay (a group of 40 ppl had arrived at same time) and he apologised and told us he would take 10%off our bill. The waitress was v nice also I didn’t get her name. Food was delicious
Cons: Waited a while at reception on checking in-one man at the desk as we approached another receptionist-male also departed his desk to leave one man on his own and a queue!
Excellent 8.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very welcoming and a beautiful home also very clean. Julie was always on hand with ideas and information of places and things to do. It made our stay very enjoyable. It was only a short walk to the bus stop which the bus was every 10 to 15 mins and its on route with the airport I know if i return i will definitely be staying here again xxx
Good 7.5
Pros: The room was very clean and well decorated, also a lot of storage space and power points in the room. Breakfast was nice and more than enough to get through the morning. Hosts were very nice and helpful and the dogs (that are not allowed in the guest areas were too cute and soft :) The area around the B&B is very quite and we slept perfectly with the windows open.
Cons: Breakfast was served inside, and not in the lovely garden which seems to be the case in some of the pictures. The first morning we had to wait pretty long for our breakfasts. Beds were made everyday, however the sheets were put on one pile, with no way of telling which belonged to whom.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Rather uncomfortable bed
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location for Dublin port and ferry terminals. Also good quick bus service into Dublin city.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We received a warm welcome with information about the area and how to get to city centre and attractions. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very attentive and took time to chat to guests. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. I loved enery minute of our stay. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner booked us a taxi back to the airport. Would thoroughly recommend staying here and will definitely return here again in the future.
Cons: There was nothing not to like. It was delightful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Accommodation, location and everything else. Helpful, good traditional Irish breakfast. Only 1 bus into the centre and only 15 mins.
Cons: Great Irish welcome & hospitality - the owner of the B&B couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble - even allowed us a later check out time as I was not feeling well and free of charge. We will be returning for sure. Cannot fault and highly recommend.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Julie was super kind and very helpful with the area, the room was tiny but nicely decorated and comfortable. We found this location last minute due to a last minute cancellation. We would most definitely stay here again if the price was more reasonable.
Cons: Price was really high but apparently there was a concert in town , so booking.com doubled the price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was beautiful as was the breakfast
Good 6.8
Pros: Convenience to airport. Breakfast. Pleasant host
Cons: Room size, considering the price. Strange annoying water cistern noises, during the night. Bed was a little too soft. Coffee and tea facility was outside the room?

Mediocre 2.5
Pros: THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE FAR BETTER HOTELS AVAILABLE FOR SIMILAR PRICE, BELIEVE ME

Mediocre 3.0
Cons: I booked double room, I got twin room, reception staff told me sorry, we are fully booked.Corridors filthy dirty, room dark, small, I didn't feel good at all.I didn't want to stay, Ivwas ready to check out on arrive. Thanks to my partner, he make me stay there next 6 hours till morning. When we check out next morning 9.august reception lady was rude, faces what she made, and dirty looks what she gave it to us, poor insecurity. She let us pay for parking over night stay ,but gate from parking was open, we realised later. We stay in Crown Plaza night before, was same parking space ,we didn't pay. Definitely choose Crown Plaza, if you want to stay in this location.Dont waste your money, to stay in Holiday In Express.
Excellent 9.3

Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! It was a delight to stay here.
Cons: It was a very hot night and the AC wasn’t working!
Good 7.5
Pros: Breakfast was nice-lots of variety of things to choose from. Pool was clean and parking reasonable price.
Cons: Very poor service at dinner time in Croft. Meals came out at staggered intervals; after we had finished half of the dishes were cleared off the table and the rest left until we called one of the Staff over. No brown sauce available at dinner time. No sausages for kids sausage, mash and gravy. Tea and coffee not offered at breakfast.
Good 7.5
Pros: All you can eat Irish breakfast for 10 Eur, definitely worth it. No extra charge for SPA (Sauna,Steam room,Swimming pool,Jacuzzi) Clean room, comfy bed.
Cons: It was very warm in our room, and you can not open windows more than 4 cm wide because of the hinges. (NO AIRCON) Very warm in the swimming pool area, gets really noisy too as kids area is not separated. No fridge (if you stay longer). I'd have a chat with the person who did the concealing paint job in our room, it looks awful and amateur.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Large spacious room.
Cons: Because we didn’t book breakfast with the room there was a surcharge to eat breakfast. We were guests in the hotel and not outsiders. Unfortunate status practice.
Good 7.5
Pros: Lovely spacious rooms - big beds - tv with internet - really loved the room - breakfast was a buffet and was very good aswell ! Joe & grey haired manager in bar very nice
Cons: Bar staff seem very under pressure in the evening time - 20 minutes waiting to order - ordered by chance as the waiter came down checking on another table and happened to see us waiting - we weren’t in a rush though and the food was very nice. More signage needed for reception area from bedrooms.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Room was unclean. I have photos of stains, wrappers left under duvet and a piece of spaghetti in the sink.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Amazing breakfast and the spa was wonderful!!
Cons: There was a little problem with the conditioning air in the room. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
Okay 5.5
Pros: It was near the city
Cons: On our second night there we were going to our car as we decided to dine outside of the hotel when we heard a woman screaming and the sounds of some on hitting her, as we approached we saw a man punching a woman my partner screamed at the man to leave the woman alone who was holding a baby roughly 9 months old near another entrance to the hotel that they use beside the leisure centre. At this point the man stopped and came towards us and another couple who came to help this woman in distress and the man came towards us and said it was his wife and he can hit her any time he was a traveller. We told him all our concern was the poor baby as he was in the mother's arm especially that he been hitting her like if he had been hitting a man, the duty manager came out the reception door with his assistant and they called security from near by Mc gettigans, as we made sure the woman was OK and ran indoors we went up towards where our car was and the traveller followed us, he told me to keep my woman quiet I told him to leave and he threatened to break my nose then he ran towards the door his wife went in, eventually the duty manager came to us and another couple we told him to ring the guards as we feared this man was going to hurt the child and his wife he told us that the woman was placed there by social welfare.
Okay 4.5
Cons: No ac working in the room - hotel overall very warm
Good 6.8
Cons: Fire alarm went off early in the morning

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff were amazing. Could not fault them at all. They are an asset to the company!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was in good proximity to airport and Dublin city centre.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was clean and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: The noise coming from the street kept me up all night. I was on the third floor and with the windows closed could hear everything.
Okay 5.0
Pros: There was no restaurant or anything to eat only vending machines with candy. We ordered a taxi for the airport for the next morning early and the front desk attendant sent us a small car that was only allowed to fit 4 people (not the 5 of us!) and would only take cash, which they didn't tell us. Then they wouldn't help fix their mistake! My husband and I and our 3 kids had to quickly flag down another taxi so we had to pay twice to get to the airport. Additionally, the front desk told us the wrong terminal for our departure airline even though we gave them all our check-in information. Very poor customer service.
Cons: Most everything. There was a rowdy bunch of guys in the rooms across from us that kept us up the few short hours we needed to sleep before our very early morning flight. Disappointed the front desk didn't do anything about it.
Okay 5.5
Pros: Underground free parking and free wifi
Cons: A large group of family were checking in over the space of several days due to a family member in a Beaumont hospital which I advised on check in. We couldn’t say how long we would be staying so booked each day. While the staff at reception were polite, I had to book on a third party website to get the best rate, reception wouldn’t match it. Tragically our family member passed away, the family arrived very late at night, visibly upset and were given out to for not advising of how late we would be arriving. This is despite it being a 24 hour check in hotel and a credit card securing the rooms. The credit card holding the rooms was charged without allowing various people pay for their own. The staff were also nasty to younger members of the family and interrogated for names etc purely because they were young men in the 15 - 25 age bracket despite clearly being part of the larger party and with their parents. It was a disgraceful way to treat a devastated family. Also, while there is underground parking, security is lacking. Everyone is let in and out of the car park without checking names and the car park lift goes directly to the bedroom floors without needing a key card. This is not secure.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: 10 minutes to the airport...perfect to stay the night before flying out.
Cons: The surrounding neighborhood is very seedy
Good 6.3
Pros: Secure parking. Overall a clean lodging.
Cons: Basic, utility space to sleep, no frills. No air conditioning. View was apartment complex attached. Would not be my 1st choice on my next trip.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Clean well appointed room
Cons: Deceptive!shuttle bus to airport -not avaible after 2 hr wait, told he went home early+15 Euro'staxi, room window stuck up with bugs all night, courtyard conversations ,Seedy area ,not close to airport as represented ,15 minaway.Beggars/addictsin
Okay 4.5
Pros: nothing
Cons: the name is Travelodge Dublin airport hotel .... without shuttles or bus to the airport. the room is without air conditioning, in front of the sun .....
Okay 5.0
Pros: WE did not get breakfast- didn't know it existed
Cons: It was so hot in the room, I requested a fan but there were none to be found. We finally located a window to open- just so far and below the window was a dead pigeon. So our choice was a little air from the limited window or flys from the pigeon. We had to uncover the window from the shades so we could get some air but by doing so, we had constant light coming in the room all night. No tissues or wash cloths -only got one large and one medium towel for myself and my daughter. The one medium towel was used as a bath mat. Very very few Irish outlets but many European outlets in the room. No Irish outlet next to bed- i had to try and stretch my CPAP machine plug in to the far side of the room- and remember not to trip over it when I would get up to use the bathroom during the night. There should have been at least one Irish outlet next to the bed. Pillows were flat so that you had to roll them in half to get any depth.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Mattresses
Cons: Location, misrepresentation of amenities, location, dirty, price,
