Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast variety and quality, as well as its convenient location near public transport and city attractions. Cleanliness is also highlighted as a strong point, with many reviewers noting clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, there are repeated complaints about the reception and front desk staff, described as rude or unhelpful by several guests, which negatively impacted their experience. Overall, while the hotel offers good amenities and a pleasant stay, improvements in service are needed.

Parking ticket system was inconvenient but ok, smoked in room (which was remedied), shower not draining and room phone ...
