Very helpful staff, great facilities and good food.
Perfectly located in Dublin away from the craziness of Temple Bar, but close enough to walk to pretty much everywhere. The room was pretty spacious and very clean having just opened a few weeks prior. The staff was very nice and accommodating especially after a fire alarm went off at 5:30am due to someone smoking in their room.
The bed was lumpy and terrible with a massive hump in the middle of the 2 sides. I originally had booked a king size bed and ended up in a double room with my partner who is quite tall and the bed was too small for him. There was some functionality issues with the room that need to be better explored. There is one place to put your luggage but there is an ironing board hanging above it, taking up some of the space. We ended up removing it and placing it on the ground. Also, the rain shower head is directly above the drain making it a difficult experience to shower properly.
The Hotel was nice and in a great place, the decor was lovely and reception staff were excellent. Hotel dog was very cute.
The breakfast staff needed a bit more training, it was slow to get drinks and they needed to be a bit more customer aware. The room was quite small although very nicely decorated.
The property was lovely and modern. The staff was also incredible; they helped me to navigate Ryanair's convoluted booking system to even be able to print a boarding pass. They were also great for helping to book a cab to the airport.
The location was great, just caught a bus directly from the airport and it dropped us almost at the front door. Hop on- hop off bus pickup point is right outside. Close to cafes, pubs etc. New hotel so everything was perfect.
