The majority of guests expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, mentioning dirty sheets, unclean bathrooms, and a lack of fresh towels. Service was also a common concern, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, issues with room assignments, and poor communication. Several guests were disappointed with the breakfast offerings, noting either its absence or limited selection. While a few positive comments were made about the price and occasional helpful staff, overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives in these reviews.
