Pros (+) They adapted to Covid with a sacked breakfast. The staff was nice and accommodating. It is a nice location across the street from the beach.
Cons (-) The internet service was poor to nonexistent. This is ridiculous in 2020.
Pros (+) Very comfortable beds! Staff was extremely nice and very efficient! As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Third floor has been completely redone, no musty or mildew smell.
Cons (-) Luggage carts were very hard to handle. One elevator was out of order on the second and third days of my stay.
Cons (-) reservation was made in error, meant to reserve following week, however, when I discovered my error, there was no on e who could help make correction to following week, was forced to pay for unused weekend plus had to pay to weekend at a different hotel.

Cons (-) smell in room. weekend check-in people were friendly, helpful. weekday check-in guy had NO personality, did not ask if we had a pleasant experience when we checked out, basically acted like he didn't want to be working.
