Pros (+) Clean room with hard wood floors not gross carpet. Nice outdoor areas with bbq’s and lighted seated areas.
Cons (-) Door locks/keys were flaky.
Pros (+) Good breakfast and helpful staff.
Cons (-) Half hour wait to get reservation in system--never came through. Another half hour trying to get into room-malfunction of lock.

Pros (+) The breakfast was open till 10am. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice that there was a BBQ area with picnic table.

Pros (+) It was OK for the price we payed. Much bigger place then we expected, looked like it was well organized. Clean for the most part, if you don't count ants, spiders and other assorted bugs in the shower. Ants we tried to disregard, spiders we left hoping they will hunt & eat some of the bugs, and the rest we flushed down the drain, numerous times.
Cons (-) Very small kitchen area. Internet spotty and often forcing you to re-login (staff blamed this on internet provider). Were locked out at the end of day one (best guess - we were given keys coded for one day only, staff doesn't admit any wrongdoing, blamed problem on batteries inside the door lock .. not convinced). Bugs, lots of them (blame it on Florida?). I manged to forget my jacket in the room ...

Cons (-) Air conditioning barely worked, since I checked in late at night at 11pm, I really didn't want to have a maintenance man check in that late but since there were very few rooms left, they would not move us. After midnight, the maintenance man was unable to fix it so he talked with the front desk. After about 20 minutes of waiting I called the front desk myself and they moved us and the AC worked gr...
