Cons (-) My room had missing blackout curtains. When I informed the staff, they replied "are you sure they are not there"... my reply was "yeah the inability to close any curtains because of their non-existence makes me pretty certain" Staff was still non convinced that I had just over looked them. Pros (+) rooms were really nice and it was quiet.
Cons (-) I had two rooms and there were two couples in my party. My friends spent about 15 minutes stuck in the elevator 4/30/16 and it spooked them.
