Pros (+) Clean rooms, nice location, patio away from main road
Cons (-) Rooms needed to be updated, wall paper pilling off the bathroom walls
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly. Breakfast choices were good. Rooms were adequate. Cookies, coffee and water available in the lobby. Lobby was welcoming. Price was fair.
Cons (-) Some cleanliness issues - used bandaids and cobwebs in the pool area, halls looked in need of vacuuming, a pillowcase appeared to have eye makeup stains.

Cons (-) Old air conditioner which smelled funky, toilet bowl wasn't clean, we could hear conversation somewhat clearly next door. Women at the front desk was not competent and our friends had trouble checking in because of her.

Pros (+) Facility and grounds were beautiful. It was close enough to downtown, but not as expensive. Rooms clean and beds comfortable.
