The car had been put through a car wash but I would not say it was clean or well presented. There were residual items on it. (Bird droppings). To be fair, I have rented cars from other providers at Glasgow airport and they are similar. This is more a “site problem” than an Avis problem. I hated the car - I would now actively avoid MG in any car rental. Awful. Not an Avis specific problem.

This was as simple as it gets. On line check in so all ready by the time I arrived. Staff were spot on, full explanation and a quick pick up. I was met on return to the carpark and the paperwork was all done in a couple of minutes. A very good customer experience overall.

Enterprise were unable to provide us with a replacement car when the power steering stopped working. We had to rely on public transportation for the last week of our vacation. We are never using Enterprise again. Awful service!!!

Staff was fantastic at pick up and drop off. However, we prepaid through Kayak and our vehicle was not available. Our only choices were to go without a vehicle or pay double to upgrade. The last minute rental was a bit pricey to begin with, and the final cost was exorbitant.

I hate MG and actively avoid selecting any MG. They are terrible cars. This rental there were only MGs available despite there being the appearance of choice at booking. There was a kia sportage or similar in a separate price/offer from the MG HS at the booking page. I chose the kia and got the MG with no other option available at collection.

Worst rental car experience. Seems like they are looking to scam for any dent or scratch. I didn’t hit anything and they found a small dent in wheel area what was probably there before. I couldn’t even see it. The car already had scratches and other things from before. They are here to scam you would never used again.

Disappointed that the first thing I had to do was stop and put in screen wash !!! Scotland in December is NOT the time to drive without it and Green Motion are neglectful in not ensuring such safety checks !!!

I didn't ever receive my car.. When you sign up for the car it doesn't tell you that the £2500 deposit you need doesnt get returned for upto 2 months.. All this should be made aware before going to pick car up.. All in a rather embarrassing experience

Pros:

Drop off was super easy. The person that handled the drop off/shuttle was super friendly and nice. They also picked us up from the airport, which is like a 2 minute drive so that was cool too. -The car was amazing! Massage drivers seat and a lot of fun features that I've never seen before.

Cons:

- Worth keeping in mind when looking around that you'll have to put down an above average deposit if you choose to go with your own credit card insurance (over 2,500gbp). If you choose to go with one of their options for insurance it will add a couple hundred to your bill. So if you think this is the more inexpensive option, you may be wrong with all the extras you'll have to get. -Make sure on pick up to take pictures of everything (even scratches and dents under 4cm or whatever they suggest) We were asked on drop off if we had a picture of a dent that we were told we didn't have to document on pickup. Luckily we had figured as much and had video/pics of it. -They had the tank filled just over half which I thought was odd, usually rental cars start with a full tank but that could just be my preference.

Staff was dishonest with gas prices, check their word against the receipt. Also any tiny unnoticeable ding on the hubcap will be changed to you. Scotland is the worst place I ever rent cars.
