Pros (+) Very clean, brand new flooring of vinyl laminate, and would appear bathrooms had been updated too.
Cons (-) Only complaint would be the heater not being able to be shut off via temp control, and the active “nightlife” outside at all hours screeching. This is what you get staying so close downtown but was scary at times hah!

Pros (+) Location and price. Near Jet Boat excursion and affordable.
Cons (-) During check-in, I was asked if we had a pet because there was a $15 fee for pets. I told him I did not have any pets, yet he proceeded to ask me again at least three more times like I was lying to him. He was rude about it and I found this behavior quite bizarre. Next, we were given a room above a smoking room. At around 2am, the people below began smoking copious amounts of marijuana and cigaret...
