Pros (+) Pet friendly. Where other hotels wanted to charge us $100 to bring our pets for the night, Westin happily welcomed our two small dogs. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons (-) Couldn't sleep because of bed bugs, and the shuttle takes about one hour to come even they say it's only 15 minutes
Pros (+) The bathroom was large with a rainfall showerhead which was amazing. The bed was inviting and comfortable. Complementary Starbucks coffee in the room, my favorite too, Pike Place Coffee!
Cons (-) The Lobby near the bar area had a section of the floor that had no tile but an extremely sticky blacktop flooring. It seemed like it was the underlay to the tile flooring. Very strange and odd to be walking on something like that in the Lobby.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly & helpful. I requested a room away from elevators and it was granted. Also recieved a free 2pm check out. Loved the bathroom especially the Kolher square rainforest shower head.
