Cons (-) The lack of understanding that the “continental breakfast” was not included in price of hotel so we ate out each time.
Cons (-) Because they offer room service, breakfast is an additional charge. It would have been nice to have a small breakfast included in the hotel stay. I did know this prior to booking, but stayed anyway due to location and comfort. It is clean and I felt safe traveling by myself.

Cons (-) guy next to us for two nights was noisy. you could hear every thing, TV (long after midnight), showers (at 4am) coughing, sneezing. with a noisy neighbor, it didn't help to be in the last room on the floor. front office manager was not very friendly when we asked about breakfast because we were using points?? i wouldn't stay here again and in fact am re-evaluating staying at any holiday inn....
